My wife gave the staffs 5 stars last year at the time of installation & payment, but 1.5 year after installation, the staff not shown up as promised, not answering nor repsonse to text as promised.
Our request is just simple: an easy job of re-connecting the outdoor cameras to the new router recently changed by service provider.
So I gave negative commen here on 12 DEC 2022.
However Staff Ovi called and attended on the same day, worked for 3 hours to fix the problem with free of charge......NOW...... I must express our million appreciations

Mixed review here but giving 5*. Order was a week late but the owner was honest about situation and explained. Committed to new date and delivered personally that day. Product is great and perfect for what I need. So, despite the lateness I am giving 5* as owner was honest and acted with integrity, a priceless quality in my opinion and rare from companies these days.

So far not so good. I’ve ordered from this establishment twice . Both times paying extra for next day delivery being told the items were in stock , both times have arrived late . First time I was told it was a error their end and wouldn’t happen again. Second time item is nearly a week late and I’ve incurred costs due to the job overrunning . Have emailed but don’t get replies . Unless they get their act together they’re going to lose custom

Had a problem with delivery but was sorted with one email to them and very good return email had delivery today all in good condition will definitely be ordering from them again
