I had a defective hose and they replaced it no questions asked! What a pleasure!!!

item not received. Seller informs me that the issue was with USPS and that they gave re-shipped.

Second hose I bought from them, the first one lasted 3 years, which is stellar in a farm setting; previous products never lasted more than a year.

Ordered online, product was here in less than a week, excellent and helped by the fact that they are in Oregon, yay!

Been looking for a replacement freeze valve for a while the original one on my system is leaking and staining the roof. Received ,changed out and no more leaks .
Hopefully it does the job in the winter if required

I purchased the DYI sewer hose heater kit, and it’s a great product! I took less than 5 minutes to install, without having to use any type of tape. The Velcro on the neoprene covers is simple and effective.

My FreezeFree Hose was tripping the GFCI on my shore power pole. SmartTech replaced my hose without a fuss postage paid and so far the replacement hose is working perfectly in temps that have dipped int the single digits. Thank you SmartTech.

I gave you a five star rating because I wanted to ask a question before buying something that possibly would not work for my application. I got a call back and not only did I get my question answered the suggestions for my application was much better than I had envisioned, much easier and saved me a ton of money (money that would have gone in their pocket). So I ordered the suggested products right then and have already received them. Their quality are great.

Very helpful in guiding me to the products I needed. Fast shipping. Quality products. I have only been able to put together one sewer hose so far with the heat trace. I also bought the Add-A-Stat to conserve electricity. I went outside when the temperature dropped below the turn-on temp and I could feel that the hose was warm.

This is made in Oregon. It's the best RV heated hose out there

I ordered a heated hose from Smart Tech Products. They are based in the town I live in..so instead of shipping the hose, they hand delivered it. So far very happy with the hose.

With the recent transition Smart Tech Products took on after merging with another plastics manufacturer of dog training equipment, I was pleasantly surprised they honored my request from over a year prior an notified me of their surplus inventory. That alone speaks volumes about their customer service. Thank you!

I received everything I ordered in good condition. This company tries to connect with their customers personally. It is an American company and looks like they only handle American made products. I recommend them

Although the FreezeFreeHose product appears to be an excellent product, their durability for the price, leaves something to be questioned.
We bought two 25' hoses, one for our RV and 1 for our kids RV. We're full timers so ours got continuous use, the other maybe 6 months.
One was purchased the end of 2019, the other fall of 2020.
Fast forward to March of 2022.
The hose bought in 2019 started leaking around the seal by the power connector so we changed over to the newer one as we kept it as a spare.
Some time during the night we were awakened to the sound of running water. I promptly got up and shut off the water.
Went out the next day to find what looks like several puncture marks that look like electrical burns from the inside out.
Contacted the manufacturer and I figured that they would want these back to figure out why there were two failed hoses.
Nope, All I got was a nice offer for 10% off the price of a new hose.

Replied back and said thanks but I'd rather have just one hose for 50% off and I'd gladly send the defective one's back.
Crickets.
I can't say that these are "bad" products but for the price I expected several more years of service.
Was it worth it?
Yes, they kept our water running through single digit temperatures,no problem.
Would I do it again?
Not until they provide more than a year warranty.

Very happy with the quick delivery of the SmartTech Freeze Protection Valve for my solar hot water panel. I tested both valves that I received and they open and close at the advertised temperature.
