Finally received my hose!
Finally received my hose after waiting, for what seemed forever, for them to get back into production after their mishap. Am currently trying it out in 30 degree weather and so far seems to work as advertised. Looks to be of high quality and made in the USA!

I ordered these items: Heated Water Hose - FreezeFreeHose and Add-A-Stat Thermostatic Controlled Outlet. They both are working great! The Add-A-Stat turns on at 35* just as stated. And turns off at the right time too. Thank you for this product! I highly recommend these 2 products.

Impressed with the Smart Thaw, so far. Will need to wait until we receive a frost warning. Good customer service in answering some questions about installation. Shipping and delivery was outstanding - Ordered on a Friday and received on following Monday.

My experience with SmartTechProducts…
My experience with SmartTechProducts was great! I had and issue with a few of the freeze free hoses and called to figure out the warranty on them. I was able to reach someone right away and got replacements ordered. They paid for return shipping of the defaulted hoses and sent the replacements right away. They contacted me to make sure i had received the shipping label. They wont leave you hanging!

We love this heated hose
We love this heated hose. I compared it to all the others and it isn't even close when you compare them for quality looks and how made it is made. Haven't had any trouble with it so far and the hose was sent quickly and easy to install.
