I booked meet and greet at Heathrow terminal 2. Ensure you call them as they can also take your car from the drop off. Very smooth and good pick up too. And to top if off it was half the price of the normal Heathrow meet and greet..

My sister booked 2 cars for Meet & Greet airport parking with Smart Travel Deals at Manchester Airport at a cost of £49.93 each per car. When she rang to say we were almost there they said we had no bookings with them, then when we sent confirmation over they said it was Park & Ride, despite it saying on their confirmation it was Meet & Greet. We were told to just pull over and let them know when we arrived at the airport, anyone whose ever been knows this is virtually impossible. Anyway we did and rang them again to be told to go through the barriers and park in the multi storey bit. A guy eventually came and told us it would be an extra £4.50 per car on arrival and also departure for the barrier fee to get our cars back. We paid obviously as time was passing. We arrived back and I rang them to be told there was only 1 driver available so one of us would have to wait. We waited about half an hour for the first car and another half an hour for mine, so an hour in total at night, half an hour of which was as a lone female at night in a multi storey car park! Anyhow the worst of it was the state of my car. It had clocked hundreds of miles up (I can prove it as I'd taken a photo of the speedo for an accident I'd literally just had), it was covered inside and outside in mud (my car had been on a driving test (I'm a driving instructor) the day before I went on holiday and it has to be spotless for test or they won't take it out so it was clean inside and out) and the radio station had been changed so someone had clearly used it whilst I was away. I've contacted the police but DO NOT USE! COMPLETE COWBOYS! If you want to contact me to verify this is genuine, please do.

Trash website, Don’t don’t don’t......We were supposed to pick up the car 7:30 in the morning and after a million calls not attended they tell me the car has a breakdown they can’t start it probably the driver has left the light on,,,,Just imagine.....You leave your car in a perfect condition and after a 9 hours flight you a devastated waiting still 2 more hours at the airport god knows for what ,you are not sure if you’ll get your car back,That’s why they have overpassed any borders will make legal complain on this company if I can call it company......Guys don’t do the same mistake,they should not be on the market to cheat people ,AVOID,AVOID, AVOID....

AVOID. Do not use this website. They do not provide all the details up front - only after you have booked do you discover you are parking at a shopping centre and that you are required to ring 30 minutes before you arrive at the car park to get to the airport. I tried calling the customer services who said they were merely a provider and unable to help. Also, their booking did provide a confirmation number only a receipt number - yet the phone operative kept requesting a confirmation number. AVOID.

I tried leaving feedback from an email for customer satisfaction but it wouldn’t recognise my booking reference STP-fidpw030220 funny as this was sent by the company, every time I tried it failed to go through so had to leave it here instead.
We arrived at the airport as told on the booking information, we called to say we was 30mins away, on arrival at the airport there was no driver! I called to find out where they was and was told I had gone to the wrong place, even though I followed the information on the confirmation email.
Before the driver would take my car I had to pay another £4:50 so he could get out the car park!
When we returned our flight was delayed due to the weather by 1 hour, I called and was told I was late and it would cost a further £10!
We was told to go to the departure drop off point and wait for our car, after an hour and still no car I had to contact them again only to be told they are busy and it would be there soon,
When they finally arrived the car had a scratch on the side, the driver said I needed to take this up with the office, the location they returned the car was for dropping off passengers not for car drop off or collecting it states that you could be fined for doing this, yet the company don’t care as it’s not registered to them!
I wouldn’t recommend these or use them again, the service is appalling with the drivers not being in uniform, no customer service skills what so ever! It’s company’s like this that ruin it for everyone else who is genuine.

Easy to use and a good price - I hope the service for parking is as good!
