De replacement tool doesnt fit
The replacement tool from the watch didn't fit at all. I tried to adjust the sides to get it open, but I can't do it.
Now I can't use the watchband.
The website did fully refund my purchase.

Products were exactly as shown and described. The products seem to be of good quality. Delivery was fast (next day as suggested when checking out).

Bad customer support, very slow delivery

The band has finally arrived.
I made an order on Sunday (August 11th) and on their website, it says delivery in 1 day, so I expected it Tuesday latest. Up to the day (August 15th) I haven't received anything, not even tracking number. Just contacted support, there is an automatic email that says that there is a delay with their partner PostNL. Sent two different email now, got the same answer to both of them. It looks like a scam at that point!

This means that we handed over your order to our shipping partner PostNL on that day, and you usually receive your order the next day. In rare cases, PostNL takes longer than one business day to deliver. However, in your case, you placed your order on Sunday, August 11th. Please note, as clearly stated on our website under the "shipping and returns" section, that Sunday and Monday are not delivery days for PostNL. Bad items
I bought a strap for my Samsung watch and it turned out to be scratched in more than one place, and one of its mounting screws was missing. When I tried to return it and contacted customer service, they returned 40 percent of the price of the strap and left it to me, knowing that I could not use it in this condition.

If it returns adjusted, it is no longer saleable for another customer.

The watchband I received came with its extremities wrongly mounted, and no instructions to adjust the band. I had to go to a jeweller to invert the mounting and adjust the band.

I’m waiting for my purchase for a month. De communication with Iris from cliente service, is not bad, because she or an electronic message is always replying, but nothing is sorted out. I already confirmed my address twice, she said that already send other order, NONE is here. And my delivery address is in Belgium, not too far from them. I already asked my money back and today, she said if I don’t receive it till Monday 9/4, they will open an investigation 🤯 what means, more time to pay back my money. I seriously regret spent 51€ in this company!
