Staff were excellent

I had an issue with an online purchase of one of their Blood Pressure monitors from their web store (my fault) that the staff actively helped sort out.

Delivery was also fast and it was packaged well.

Not totally impressed

I liked the response and quick delivery time.

I wasn't too pleased with the fact that when I decided to purchase my Smart Wellness product I got an email telling me that I was eligible for a 10% introductory discount. When I asked about this discount I received a response saying that the product I wanted wasn't eligible for the introductory offer because the price was already discounted.
This seemed odd to me as I thought the purpose of offering an introductory discount was to urge the prospective buyer to make a decision. In any case, I note that many of the products on the Smart Wellness website were shown as being discounted. In my opinion if a company is prepared to offer an introductory discount for first-time buyers, they should be prepared to stand by the discount even if the chosen product is discounted already.

I bought a blood pressure monitor during the Black Friday sale with $100 off the normal price. The purchasing process was simple and straightforward, and the item was delivered very quickly. The item was brand new, very well packaged and exactly as described.

Arrived very fast

Easy to order, arrived very fast.
Have now used it. I like the symbol that tells you if you have the cuff on properly. The brand was recommended by my doctor, and the model is the same as used in their clinic.
