The only goof point was the easiness to rent a car.

The main trouble, in their website, they showed a good looking car and pretty new. Finally, I received a tired car with a lot of mileage , cheap tires and accessories. Far from what I expected and for a price quite similar to major rentals companies (like Avis or Enterprise).

Ok, they not asking for a deposit, but their thing is let it go the equipment until it broke (or barely doing a very basic inspection of the car and equipments) and accusing you to break the equipment and quickly charging extra money on the contract.

If you plan a trip at Curaçao in a foreseeable future, please do yourself a favor and go to any other companies with more serious business model and cars.

Nice little Kia Picanto automatic was fine even on some rough-ish roads at Shete Boka park. They were kind enough to arrange to pick up the car the next morning at Sandals.

We had such a wonderful experience with DayLee! She is an intelligent and extremely helpful asset to your company. We were provided with precise areas to snorkel and advised all the best places to see (and where not to go). When we returned the car, she offered to watch our bags while we got something to eat. After we almost boarded the ship, we realized we forgot our hat and snorkel bags in the car. There were 2 very nice gentleman moving cars in front of the ship who also work for smart wheels and I told them what happened. They looked up our reservation, found the car we rented and found our belongings! What a spectacular company! Highly recommended and extremely happy with rental!

Such an awesome experience. Arrived via cruise ship Norwegian Jewel. Did all the paperwork ahead, checking in a breeze. But when we went to return, couldn't find the right gate to get into the port area. Parked outside it in parking lot. The representative was awesome, understanding. Said no problem, and got the car from the lot herself. Absolutely no issues at all - we drove to tip of island to swim with turtles - don't miss this! And down to the other end of the island for amazing beaches. Perfect day!

Fantastic service! The young man at the counter was so helpful in providing us a map of the island along with recommendations of all the great sights! We had a wonderful time and will rent again when we go back FOR SURE!

One of the best and easiest car rental experiences I have ever had, and most of the time I am just waking straight to a Hertz Gold area, getting in the car and driving off. Ryan was the best and extremely helpful. A1 service. He also took a few extra minutes to help us pinpoint a few things on our map that we wanted to see, in order to help us get the most in that we could for a one day visit to Curaçao. We would HIGHLY recommend using Smart Cars if one is available as a choice - especially if visiting Curaçao.

The representative of Smart Wheels at the reception of the Livingstone resort was very pleasant and helpfull, the rental agreement was very quickly arranged in a very professional way. The car performed very well, no problems. Returning of the car was a similar experience. Good service.

Amazing! They were so flexible! Dropped off at our resort the next day and picked up early when we needed them too! Highly recommend!

It was very easy to rent a car for the day for our family. Nathan was so very helpful and explained everything to us and made it so easy and simple. They also were able to provide car seats for our kids. Would definitely rent again.

The employees were friendly but could not reach their manager(s) multiple times (for a simple question). The car was delivered on time and explanation was good. Also the quality of the car was very good.

I wanted to write a review for the excellent service that I received from Rhyan at Smart Wheels.

I left my phone in the car we rented and sailed away on our cruise ship before I realized it was missing.
We all chuckled at dinner that night that I'd never see that phone again.

After a few emails back and forth my phone was discovered and arrangements were made to ship my phone via UPS from Curaçao Island to Oregon, USA.
I was absolutely sure that I'd be phone shopping on my return home but Rhyan was excellent.
I received my phone yesterday.

So happy and grateful for good people in the world.

We rented our car at our hotel in about 10 minutes. The car was parked at the parking lot of our hotel. The car was clean. After use we got an email the the return was completed immediately.

Heading to Curacao?? Look no farther than Smart Wheels Rental. They have an office right there in front of the cruise terminal for pick up & drop-off! My wife and I live in the USA and upon our cruise arrival they had our car rental all ready for the day! The staff was second to none in every way!! We'll be going back to Curacao but, for a longer visit in the future. It's nice to know that this solid company will have our car rental needs in there hands! Thank You!!!!

We had nothing but the best, smoothest experience with SmartWheels Curacao. We booked online (directly through their website) prior to our arrival by cruise ship. The customer service, rates, and car were amazing! No fuss and no stress, which made our experience enjoyable. Staff is helpful and will check out the car with you and take pictures of any damage. When returning the car, you just give the keys and they email you a confirmation of the return. The office is located only a couple minute walk from the main (large) port. I recommend 100% and would definitely book again!

I was surprised to received 3 h after my pickup a rental agreement with signature not being my one.
Furthermore I received the tank at 2/3. The agreement suggested falsly 8/8.
