Very welcoming and comprehensive agents (we returned the car with a small delay without penalty)

The pickup and return of the vehicle was very quick and easy. The people of Smartweels were very kind and helpfull.

It was a smooth and easy check in not far from our ship. Marlis was very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions. The car was very nice and the AC worked well. Would definitely rent again when we come back to Curaçao.

We were super happy with our car during our stay. On Arrival direct contact via whatsapp. We got clear instructions where to pick up the car. A shuttlebus brought us to the car. Walked around the car. And there we go. Clean, new car. The car was fantastic. When we return the car was also super easy.

We received the most Horrible experience with this Car Rental Co. we rented the car upon arrival and next day prior to receiving the car attempted to cancel due to the way the locals were driving (dangerous and feared for our lives) They refused and literally forced us because no one (manager/supervisor) would get on the phone. They are rude and just want your money DO NOT USE. BEWARE

Coming off a cruise boat in Curacoa, the closest car rental agencies were booked and crowded. A very short walk brought me to the cool and quiet office of Smart Wheels. I was met by Judaily who was very helpful and pleasant. The rental process was very quick and efficient. Not only that, but as a visitor, I was having difficulties with finding a scuba shop and using my American phone. Judaily was so helpful, she went above and beyond her job to help me. I recommend this establishment.

The experience to rent the vehicle was a little troubling. When I called, they mentioned they didn't have any cars available for today. They confirmed vehicles were available the next day and I asked them to make a reservation. I was referred to the website to make the reservation. Upon checking the site, I discovered there was a vehicle available for the original day, which I reserved immediately. From there, the pickup experience was seamless. The car was clean and gas tank full and I was on my way without delay. Returning the vehicle was also effortless. The process was complete in less than 5 minutes and I received the final invoice via email within 30 minutes.
