Dreadful failure in delivery process
Dreadful failure in delivery process. Somehow the name of the house got left off the address and the Parel Force failed to think what a post code means.... there are just 5 houses with that postcode and they could have asked any one to find out Consequently they got sent back to sender and i am left without three Christmas presents! Its cost me time and money to sort this out with another provider. Tried contacting you in Spain, no service there either. Really really poor. Why didnt Parcel Force call me???

I placed an order on 28th November
I placed an order on 28th November. The tracking said it would be delivered estimated between 6th and 9th December I have not yet received my item and the tracking has changed multiple times now saying 29th December which I’m yet to believe. I sent in a message over a week ago and have not had a reply back. Decided to place an order despite the negative reviews as a friend said they received their order after a week but I am starting to regret placing the order and wondering if I am ever going to get my order. Would appreciate a reply to my message?!

Poor customer service and failure to meet estimated delivery dates
I placed my order over 17 days ago, and the estimated delivery date was between December 11 and December 17. Today is already December 17, and when I check the order status, it has been in “flight” status for 4 days, which is illogical since no flight can last that long. According to the tracking information, the package has not even arrived in my country (Mexico), which means they are already failing to meet the promised delivery date, as the product was supposed to arrive no later than today, December 17.
I also tried to contact the Smashinn support team, but I have not received any response for over a day. Overall, the service has been terrible. I would not buy from them again nor recommend purchasing from them. I will most likely contact my bank, since I paid with a credit card, to request a refund and, if necessary, have my bank take legal action. I will not allow them to waste my time as if it were unimportant.

Unreliable and Long Delivery Times
I ordered a badminton racket during the Black Friday deal on November 29th, 2025. The initial delivery timeframe was December 5th–8th, which I already considered a bit long, but since it was stated upfront, it was acceptable to me.
However, the status has not changed at all since the order was placed. It still says “In transit to our distribution center.” I contacted customer support, and they told me the racket would arrive on December 8th. But after December 8th, the status remained exactly the same, and the delivery window suddenly changed to December 16th–22nd.
The delivery time keeps getting pushed back day by day, and at this point I can only hope the racket arrives before Christmas. I reached out to support again, but all they did was repeat the current status message and ask whether I wanted a different racket. No, I don’t—I ordered a specific one, and I want that one. And if I change my order now, will I have to wait just as long again?

Horribly LATE delivery
The delivery was terribly late for shipping to the US. Scheduled Nov 18-24, but arrived Dec 5th, almost 2 weeks late (10 biz days). Horrible customer service. The responses I received seemed to be keyword triggered bot messages. Late deliveries seem to be a pervasive problem with them, so I suspect that they deliberately give fake delivery estimates, otherwise people would not order. But then it is a hassle to dispute the credit card charge and argue...sigh.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I purchased a Padel racket . Used it 3 times and the strap broke. I tried to return it and it has taken 4 weeks of emails and photographs before eventually I am told to smash the racket , send a photograph and then they will refund the purchase price (presumably not the postage I had to pay). Most disappointed in such poor customer service. What assurance do I have that I will even receive the refund and how long this will take ?

I got an email to say my order was for size 11 I contacted customer services and sent them a screen shot of the order page but they said they could not fix this for me and did not apologise for their mistake.
