Competitive price, horrendous customer service.
Received a severely faulty racket, that faulty it makes question if they have any sort of quality check process prior sending it, but these things happen.
Got in touch to return it, had to wait 4 working days for them to “approve” it and send me the return label, it gets worse…
I sent my item to the requested location which was somewhere down south in England, it arrived two days after I sent it which they just didn’t bother collecting for weeks, and took nearly a month to send it back to Spain.
Overall it took 47 days for me to get my refund. They take on average around 3 working days to reply back and sometimes they just don’t. I got to say, I ordered once before and it was absolutely fine. But this taught me I would rather pay the extra but don’t have to deal with this horrendous return process. Specially when you’re buying something that is £180+ and having to wait over a month to get your money back.

I’ve ordered from Smashinn a few times now. Goods are always as advertised and great quality. Delivery is quick and well tracked despite crossing a few borders at times. Very happy so far - great source for all things Padel and even Pickle.

Terrible returns process for faulty goods, still waiting for refund over 2 months later!
Bought an adidas padel racket from smashinn and the protective “film” began peeling off after about a week and only being played with a couple of times. I sent pictures to smashinn who accepted a return, however, after sending it back they got in touch to say this had been sent to the manufacturer and if they didn’t accept the racket is defective then I would be liable for costs! It has now been over 2 months and I am still waiting on the outcome of my return which is apparently still with the manufacturer, absolutely ridiculous customer service. Maybe there is a reason they sell products at a discount if they are faulty and this is their returns process. Would definitely not buy from them again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Order was dispatched the day after it was meant to arrive. Took over 2 weeks to dispatch it and another week or so to arrive. When I reached out to customer service they just kept closing the chat without offering any kind of explanation or compensation. Don’t order unless you’re willing to wait a long time as they don’t meet timelines. The shipping company was not the cause of the delays as the parcel only left their warehouse when it was meant to arrive.

Don’t know if I will ever see my pala’s or money again
I ordered 3 pala’s on one account and another one (exactly the same) but from another account
The single item order was delivered 1 day later than the ultimate promised date and therefore too late for the tournament I had to play
The parcel with the 3 items is still circulating. Neither smashinn nor the transporter respond to my queries as to what the reason is and when I’ll be receiving the most important parcel of the 2. Meanwhile there are already 9 days delay on top of the foreseen 4-5 days. Don’t know if I will ever see the 3 pala’s or my money again

A terrible experience with extremely slow, unhelpful and poor customer service. I ordered a padel racket on 9 April, costing £61 incl postage. This failed to be delivered. I was informed that the parcel had been incorrectly addressed. I contacted Smashinn by email to verify my address and get it resent. I was told: this is not possible. Instead I would have to wait for the racket to be returned to Smashinn and for it to be 'processed'. This took weeks and weeks. I contacted Smashinn by email numerous times - the company appears to have no telephone number. A variety of people responded. They offered no more than 'standard' generic messages, a link to the Q&A section of their website (which didn't help) and were generally unhelpful and unconcerned. I kept badgering them for weeks. Finally, after at least a dozen emails, I received a refund on 24 May, nearly 7 weeks after I'd placed my order. No apologies what so ever and no compensation given they'd held on to my money for so long. I would avoid this company like the plague. Their customer service is the lowest of the low.
