The product is excellent; however, we had to create our own code for 'X Followers' (formerly Twitter), which operates at a slow refresh rate of 4 times per hour. If the solution for 'X Followers' were as straightforward and instantaneous as it is for other social media platforms, SMIIRL would easily earn a full 5 stars from us!

This is my third Smiirl counter. For both purchases, I have been extremely pleased with the customer support and the qualify of the actual counter. The counter is pretty and very-well built. I am using this third counter for YouTube. The other two are for TikTok and a custom counter to count my revenue. I feel great each time I hear the flaps flapping!

A nice looking counter for in a shop or fairs.
We bought this (expensive) Smiirl counter last year. We use it at fairs or events to attract more people to our socials. It is a nice addition to our stand, and we are happy to have it. Sometimes, getting the connection to work at those events isn't easy, but setting it up at home went smoothly.

This cool device really attracts my patients to follow us and roll those digits!!
