The automatic billing was never shown…

The automatic billing was never shown when ordering. I was shocked to see they were charging me $30 each month for a $90 bottle of this. After the first time I called to get an explanation, they told me they would cancel my auto ship. 2 months later I got another bottle and when I called, they told me they there was nothing showing any future shipments. Then I get a THIRD bottle after being told I would not get a future shipment and my card has been charged $30 every month and now they say they cant find any info on me. As for the product, it hasn't shown much of a change which is just the icing on the top of an already bad deal.

Smileactives is a SCAM

In 2025 i signed up for their special of $24.95 for 2 tubes of whitener. 1st issue was that thet sent "small" tube~1/2soze pf normal tube. Then i received a large one in Juse that they charged me &24.95 for 3 months. I was told 24.95 PER TUBE! I Cancalled order Aug 30 before I would receive another. They told me that i "would be charged anyway and that new tube would arrive in 10 days-despite cancellation!". Tube arrived 9/9 and 1of 3 charges placed 8/30. I returned tube 9/16 and disputed charge with Paypal. Paypal was NO HELP, so after 9/30 charge, i disputed with Credit card. Credit card removed charges when i gave them data-including Smileactives confirm returned tube. Smileactives STILL sending mail charge for last month of 3 charges. SCAM! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!

Read the fine print on your TV when…

Read the fine print on your TV when ordering this product. Not only does it not work; they have your credit card number and the charges are around 30 a month on your membership. Really hard to stop subscription. Been trying to since Feb 8th 2026. Told credit card to block the charges but did not happen. Whe you talk to the customer services : they are Indo Pacific. Best advice is dont mess with this company. They are crooks.

This company is a SCAM..
I have cancelled my subscription 3 times and they continue to take money out of my account and the last month they look money and never sent the product. I today I have requested a link twice and have yet to receive one. Avoid at ALL costs!!

FRADULENT COMPANY

Is there a way to give this company a "NEGATIVE" REVIEW? They deserve it! They keep charging my credit card, even if I change cards! Smileactives is criminal in their practices...DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Auto charge after cancellation

Scam company! I ordered from this company and received my product on April 11. The product caused blisters in my mouth. I cancelled on April 17. Today, I checked my credit card statement and see another charge from smileactive. I immediately reached out to them for a refund. I didn’t ask for the money back from the initial order (although there is a money back guarantee) but now have been changed again! What a scam! How about just allow customers to order a one time purchase and NOT automatically subscribing people to your product. If it’s as good as you claim, customers will return for more product. So now I’m reporting the company to BBB and my bank. If a customer cancels, you do not have the authority to continue to charge their account.

Unhappy. Let me count the ways.

First of all, the product doesn’t work well. Secondly, they lure you in with a lower price and then subsequent shipments are astronomical in price. Finally, when you decide to cancel, they make it almost impossible. There is nowhere in your online account to do this and when you call them the customer service person tries many lines to keep you as a customer before finally agreeing to cancel your subscription. Took forever. Not happy!

Horrible customer service

This co. customer service is absolutely horrific. They give you a bogus tracking number that does no more than report the stops the package makes. useless. It does not tell you when to expect the package. Called to ask a person and was met by such dissidence I will NEVER order again. To bad because I like the product.

Smile active not worth the hype

All I wanted to do was try their toothpaste enhancer for a whiter smile. I didn't want yet another subscription. When I tried to cancel, I received no confirmation of cancellation. I tried to cancel again when another shipment came. Tried to cancel again but received no instructions about returning 2nd shipment for refund. Was charged 3 payments of $29.90. Two payments went through, the 3rd I refuse to pay based on the ethics of the company and not including an invoice with instruction for returning the product. The 60-day return policy was also not included in the package. $89.70 is too much to pay for tooth-whitener. Paid over $100 for something that doesn't work.

Too sneaky to trust!!

There’s no way in hell that I’m signing up for automatic renewal!! Pretty sneaky to wait until you’re checking out to spring that on people!! That was the breaking point! I don’t do business with sneaky people!! You can keep your product!! You don’t even include that part on your tv ads!

Worst company Ever!!!

Worst company Ever!!!
Order one, did not like it.
Sent them a email to stop the shipping on anymore.
They kept sending me a bill for $90.00 every month.
Got another shipment and sent it back.
Over a month and no refund.
Keep calling them and no help at all.
Stay Away!!!

What a scam

This company is a huge scam! I called in March to put my subscription on hold. Since then I have been charged twice and received another bag of products. The product price quote is a 3 month charge not monthly as discussed. And the product might change the color of your teeth slightly but not as prescribed. Stay as far as away as possible!

I haven’t used the product

I haven’t used the product, the TV ad says “you can have yellow teeth like nana or pop pop. “. I take offence to that! Most grandparents I know have pretty white teeth!
That phrase should be deleted! No one wants to try your product when you shame grandparents!

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Smileactives. The advertising made the product sound far more effective than it actually was. After consistent use, I saw little to no noticeable results, especially compared to the claims shown in their marketing.

The product is also overpriced for what it delivers. On top of that, the subscription and ordering process felt confusing, and customer service was not helpful when I had concerns.

I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience. Consumers should read the fine print carefully before purchasing and keep realistic expectations about the results.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, and product, you’re better off with crest whitening strips!!! They lure you in with discounts and then charge outrageous prices for product that I saw no whitening difference!!! They put you on auto delivery of course. My CC was charged 204.73 for 9 oz of product. Avoid this company! And sending the product back for refund they deduct shipping and handling that I pay for!

Scammy prescription

I just canceled my subscription and they said I still owe $58. They said they wouldn’t be shipping anything else to me, but then why do I owe $58. My guess is there’s some fine print that I did not see. Also, it wasn’t easy to find how to cancel. Seems like there are more and more of these companies lately where their first priority is squeezing as much money as possible, out of people.

Products don’t work, they won’t cancel a subscription I didn’t know I hadI…

Not only do the products not work I cannot get the company to stop charging my account and sending me boxes of product! I reviewed the product saying it does not work and asked them to cancel a subscription I didn’t even know I had. Today, a month later, they charged me again and are shipping. I tried to login to what was my account and it doesn’t allow me. Now, I can’t access my account via email and password nor stop them from charging and shipping. I have to call my bank to stop them, apparently. Beware of this company.
