Simple video call consultation and impression kit arrived.
Easy to perform, and informative dental plan showing how my aligners will work.
Everything went to plan and now my teeth are in a better place.

Great price, great service

The aligners themselves are very strong and resliant, much better than some of the leading brands. They also stay clear and actually dont stain if you do have a cheeky drink that isnt water!! I'm just needing 2 more bottom set aligners as the teeth have moved beautifully but from the IPR there is just more space than being crowded. The online consultation was excellent and when I explained I had worn my aligners for the 22+ hours each day and completed IPR every other day and now there is a little to much space, the consultant saw my teeth and agreed I would need an additional 2 aligners to close the space and keep it neat. This is free of charge as I've paid for my treatment and followed all requirements. I felt this was excellent as most face 2 face orthodontists would likely charge perhaps just a discounted fee for any extras.
Customer service I found is great, it may be all online or via email but for me, my work schedule and day to day life this works perfectly for me. Very speedy to reply to queries and any issues I may have had (one impression kit came with no returns label so I had to send it at my own cost. This was refunded back to me within 5 to 7 working days)
The overall price was at least 1/3 of what face 2 face places charge for a treatment plan. I think it's safe to say the last 2 years have made companies improve their online services to an exemplary level. Smilelife being one of them. They also have the yearly care plan to keep your new teeth in shape, I will be signing up to that when I have completed treatment.

Rip off and conning

Very bad service. They didn't put an aligner in my box and I had to pay for an extra aligner and because I didn't pay, they wouldn't finish my treatment.

I only wanted to get night retainers but they didn't do that they fooled me into getting a full day retainer and then they guaranteed a night retainer after this, however because THEY misplaced one of my retainers and I refused to pay extra for their fault (they were already costing a fortune) they stopped my treatment and my teeth are exactly the same!! No change.

Waste of 1000s of euros and my time!!

Great experience, would totally recommend it

I have just finished my treatment and I am super happy with the results. It was very easy and hassle-free. I went for the free 3D scan as I didn't trust myself with an impression kit. I was totally impressed with the 3D simulation of my before and after treatment plan. Once I finished treatment I requested a review as there was a new tiny gap between my front teeth because my teeth had responded so well to the treatment. Without any bother, they reviewed my teeth and I received another 3 aligners free of charge. Now I have finally got a beautiful smile again. They were easy to contact via chat, email or phone whenever I had questions. Only the marketing emails were a bit annoying sometimes since I already was a customer.

First set of aligners going great

Only on my first set of aligners, but already they're easing the discomfort that's built up over the years & they fit so well, not even my family noticed I had them in. A bit wary of the IPR tool, but have a friend who assures me they get easier to use, so should be fine. Looking forward to having a more comfortable bite & straighter teeth in 5 months time!

10/10 very happy with my results

My front teeth started to go crooked a bit over the last few years as i grind my teeth in my sleep.
I lived abroad for a few years and never wanted to commit to braces. Then i came home and had a consultation for braces or Invisalign.
I was sceptical at first but once i read peoples reviews and seen their progress i knew it was for me too.

Plus they guarantee your smile, once you use the products properly. Overall i'm delighted with my results and the service. Everything gets sent to you by post on the first day and you don't need to keep going for dental appointments.

Great company, customer service and results!

Started my treatment in October 2021, I was due to finish all my aligners end of last month but I was a bit unhappy with the end result for my bottom teeth so I spoke to a consultant and they were more than happy to send me out 4 more aligners for my bottom teeth which was great. My top teeth has finished moving fully which there is no more movement that can happen which I was a bit unhappy about but the change is drastic when I first started so I am very happy with the results now. My jaw has even changed in relation to my bite it’s a lot wider which is what I needed. No pain at all; just slight discomfort after changing onto new aligners as the teeth are being moved but after 2-3 days it’s fine. Customer service is great aswell. Would definitely recommend as I think it’s a great option for someone who can’t afford braces. They’re completely invisible so nobody even knew I had them!

Disappointed

Firstly,I have to say that I did the aligners for 9 months and treatment went well. I have to attend the practice for a checkup as I am not satisfied with the gap in my front two teeth that wasn't originally to there,bigger than anticipated. However, I purchased the aftercare product subscription as well and through no fault of my own my retainer has cracked which has loosened any pressure on my top teeth. I have said this to them on TWO occasions and they are expecting me to purchase the upper retainer at a "discounted" price even though they're meant to be durable enough to last 6 months, 2 months in and crack is widening on the retainer. I think this is just very poor customer service after spending so much money already. Retainers should be thicker and more durable and definitely shouldn't crack from taking them in and out when they're meant to last 6 MONTHS!!

Just started!

Am only 5 days into my treatment but am beyond happy. Everything is laid out clearly and customer service is excellent. I am so excited to see how my teeth turn out! Would 100% say do it if this is something you have been thinking of!

Good service

Good service and quick at responsing the only thing is when my treatment was finished my teeth were not aligned fully I asked for more aligners as my teeth were not like in the treatment plan I was told I could but I'd have to pay extra but that wouldn't even get my teeth fully straight I wish I was told this at the start .
The staff are friendly and do try in help .

“After Care” - Not Worth The Hassle

The subscription for after care packages - replacement retainers, whitening gels and toothbrushes is a waste of time and effort.

Back on the delivery of the first Aftercare Package, the toothbrush and whitening were missing and I had to chase this up for a later delivery.

The next package in the subscription was due April, we were now mid May and my parcel has not been received it was lost by DPD and customer services were lax about trying rectify this, and I ended up chasing DPD myself.

The idea of a subscription, one would assume, would be to not have to worry about ordering replacements, a service paid for. Both times the service has been less than adequate and honestly, a waste of my time.

I requested a refund which would not have been uncalled for, but the idea of this was squashed by the Smile Life customer service.

I have requested a cancellation on my next subscription and eventually have been given verbal confirmation of a refund.

I received an email from smile life, wanting to part on a good note.

“We recently spoke regarding issues with SmileCare and I have just seen your TrustPilot review.

We would like to try and help you finish your SmileLife journey on a better note - I know that you have been refunded for the full SmileCare package, but we would be willing to print your retainers again at no extra cost if could consider updating the review to reflect your most recent experience with our business.

If this sounds of interest to you, I would be more than willing to try and organise this.

Let me know if you have any questions.”

I received replacement retainers, following my refund.

Very Impressed

I unfortunately don't meet the requirements for their aligners due to having a permanent retainer behind two of my teeth, but my experience in all areas was great for what it was worth.

The sign up is very easy and the price is great. I had a lot of questions and their webchat was very quick to respond and in a polite and informative manner, they cancelled and have set a refund for everything I paid for the impression kit (Even though it was probably my own fault for signing up before checking if permanent retainers would be an issue).

If I can get my permanent retainer removed easily I will definitely return to this company and I hope this is possible very soon.

So although I never got the product and this might not be worth much, their site, customer service and everything about it seem outstanding.

Quick and gives real results

I’m very impressed with the transformation of my teeth in less than a year I got the result that was predicted. I have always been lacking confidence when it comes to smiling because of gap I had in my upper teeth. However, now I can share and enjoy a good laughter with everyone without worrying about them. I highly recommend SmileLife especially if you don’t want to spend big, go to regular checkup, plus hope to get your smile back quickly.

Smile looks and feels better!

I always wished my parents had done something about my teeth, but sadly they were never in a position to help me. So I lived with sharp, irregular teeth in a small mouth for 45 years! I then saved up and paid for own treatment and I am super happy I did. The plan was longer than most at 7 months. I had to go in to have my teeth scanned with a laser because my imprints done at home were not good - my fault not theirs. Once scanned I was sent my plan. I did my monthly check ins on the app and 7 months later and my teeth look amazing! Most importantly, my mouth FEELS better, no more sharp edges. I am very happy and will be using the retainer from now on as I am aware that teeth can move back if not looked after!!
