Alyana was wonderful. She was patient and made the process as smooth as possible during my impression consult. The general customer service phone line can be challenging to get a hold of someone, but once you get someone any issues are resolved quickly. I will keep updating my review as go through the process.

I ordered my retainers through SmilePath and the whole process was really easy. The team kept me updated, and communication was clear and friendly the entire time. The retainers fit perfectly and feel comfortable to wear. I appreciate how responsive they were whenever I had questions. Overall, a great experience and I’m happy to recommend them!

I’m feeling very anxious about the result of my impression kit, but I chatted with one of the customer service representatives and they were very helpful and addressed all my concerns properly.

5 Star for the initial impression kit video help from Zoe. We'll see how the rest of the process plays out, but I highly recommend doing the video call to get the impressions correctly!

Great assistance, quick response, clear and consise

Patrick was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He made a seemingly difficult process into an easy, guided experience. Would absolutely recommend.

I would not use this company again. Parts of the process function well, but other parts are not good at all. It is heavily driven through an app and there isn't really capacity to communicate with anyone. They provide a "smile projection" and you're meant to make comment without knowing why the projection is how it is, or what's possible and what's not. Seeing a dentist in person would allow for a proper conversation, whereas here it is not possible.
