Smile Perfect Reviews 

They bullied me into deleting my bad review before they could refund me. I have all of the correspondence to prove it. I feel bad for all of these people writing good reviews thinking they're going to have a great experience. Good luck love. Anyway here's the review again:

Do not waste your money - terrible company!
This has been one of the worst experiences l've ever had with a company. The aligners they sent made my gums bleed and caused pain, and when I raised it, they completely ignored everything I said about my rights.
Instead of taking responsibility, they demanded I send back used aligners - that's disgusting and makes no sense. What exactly are they going to do with used dental products that have been in someone's mouth? It's unhygienic, unsafe, and just plain ridiculous.
They hide behind "policy" and copy-and-paste replies while dodging accountability. They don't care about customers or basic hygiene - they just want your money and then make you jump through hoops to get it back.
Absolutely shocking service. I wouldn't recommend Smile Perfect to anyone. Save your money, your time, and your sanity

Also, smile perfect DO in fact give out incentives for good reviews. I was a victim of one from the start they made me write a good review about a male staff member, name starting with letter M so that I could get some free teeth whitening.

Update from smile perfect response: it's funny how I have used the same account to make the previous review that you guys bullied me to take down so that I could get a refund on the sham of alingers you sent to me, no that I have wrote this review again with the same name same everything same review and now you're claiming that this isn't genuine? Hilarious. I have already reported you to trustpilot with the evidence. I just wish I could upload photos to reviews This company is a scam. US and UK version

Best smile I had for a while!!! 10/10

Smile Perfect worked very well for my treatment. Everything thing was done from home or over via email which is super convenient. To date they've been very responsive to all emails sent their way. Overall I would recommend them personally.

Good and I loved the service

The people at smile perfect have been very friendly and helpful, and creating my own impressions at home was much more convenient and comfortable than going to a dentist. The price is great as well. I have already recommended them to friends.

The customer service has to be the best overall. they’re always there for any questions or concerns, i’ve personally reached out quite a bit and i’ve never had a single problem. I can see the change, slowly but i’m happy i chose them over everybody else, i highly recommend!

Seems as the trustpilot link on their UK page leads to this & not their UK page I figure it's only fair I give an accurate view on my "treatment" from the UK branch of this company.

1stly, after 6 months I have won my chargeback with the bank!

With that being said, how did I get to this point? Firstly I had to chase down this person just to get responses. After being 2/3 months in and no aligners I asked for a refund. I was told I could get a refund once I deleted my accurate review. NO (check the UK reviews and see for yourselves).

I asked for the dentists details who would oversee my treatment, to which smiledirect couldn't provide any details. The "free whitening kit" is a purple pen that doesn't even work and I had to chase up after it anyways.

Staff became very, very rude once he realised I just wanted my moneyback. Told me to do a chargeback, then on UK review lied and said I had been refunded, then in my emails it changed to "we accept the chargeback"... they didn't even bother to respond to my bank which says alot about the bad attitude in general.

I have no doubt I will recieve a reply saying "not true" or whatever usual condecending reply he leaves on people who speak out and dare to want their money back.

The good thing about dealing with this charlaton company is I have learnt why people say "buy cheap, buy twice".

After nearly 6 months just so glad my bank stepped in & got me my money back. I have reported to misuse of Trustpilot ratings to Trustpilot as well.

BEWARE!!!! Paid for services, but no product was sent. Called and emailed, Smile-perfect with no response over a six-month time frame. Finally gave up and reported to BBB. Biggest SCAM ever!

Mike has been bloody fantastic with me, he made the whole process really easy and organised me to get replacement aligners when I lost them on holiday! He’s been absolutely fab and I’d 100% recommend this company for your smile journey.

Impressed so far. Mike is very easy to communicate with and replies quickly. It took a while (2 weeks) between posting and getting the 3D images but as Mike was so good at responding and explaining the process I wasn’t concerned. Can’t wait to see what the results will be. When I received my aliners I didn't know what to expect. I had to get used to a little slurred speech but I got used to them eventually. I like that the process didn't feel rushed. After completing all of my sets I was completely satisfied with the results. When I emailed customer service about getting more retainers I was surprised of the quick response time. It was within the hour.
They gave me the information that I asked for and was very helpful to give me payment options. I will definitely recommend Smile Perfect to anyone who wants to correct there smile.

Really happy with my experience using the impressions kit from SmilePerfect. The process was easy and straightforward, and Mike was so helpful throughout. He answered all my questions quickly and made everything much less stressful. Great customer service!
