I ordered a toothbrush by accident
I ordered a toothbrush by accident. So I requested to cancel the order as a.week after ordering, it had not been sent. With half an hour of my email, it was dispatched. 2 days later I got an email for someone else with a different co.plaint, sent to my email. When the brush arrived threquest to return again was evasive, another email offered a discount to keep it. Eventually I was sent a printable returns form which required the tracking number to be enclosed when returning. This confused the post office when I went armed with cellotape, a label, the return form and scissors. It cost 5.75 to return with tracking as stipulated, which customer service told me was non refundable. Im exhausted.
