I just wanted to say what a great service I received from Michelle Gill - went above and beyond to ensure my transaction was completed within the very short timeframe that was required and after multiple people saying it was not possible. I was always kept in the loop of what was happening and always received a timely reply to any questions I had.

Overall the best experience I have had with a lawyer and company that is dealing with a property purchase for me and really helped relieve the stress in what was quite a tricky transaction.

Smith Benedict & Co offer an online conveyancing service that rivals and surpasses anything the very best office based solicitors can/do offer. They have handled 3 separate conveyances for me, all of which have been negotiated with the utmost professionalism, friendliness and courtesy throughout regardless of the many complications which arose. There has always someone with some knowledge and understanding of my files whenever I have rung committed to ensuring my queries/concerns were addressed. If my conveyancer (Daniel Bates) wasn’t available to speak to me at the time he got back to me invariably within 24 hrs. Because of circumstances beyond my control, additional conveyances (a sale and a purchase ) did not proceed to completion. As per the guarantee this company offer, I was not charged any fee for either of these transactions. This was explained to me kindly by Daniel to help mitigate some of the disappointment and frustration I felt. Smith Benedict were in fact one if the cheapest quotes I received for my sales and purchase. This in no way reflected the excellent, first class service I received throughout. I can offer 100% recommendation of this company without hesitation.
