Great Tech (Mark Bryant) very professional. Installation looks great and worked the first time. Mark took his time reviewing system with us. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of system and App's. I have had several tech come to my home and most of the time I know more about what they are doing than them or they just don't look the part. It was great to finally have a tech that presented himself very well and knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work.

They have excellent costumer service, did the job with perfection, and did the job fast. I would recommend them to everyone.

Jose was our installer. He gave us a heads up when he was going to arrive and arrived just in time. The installation was very fast and clean. With todays technology there really is no need for wires. Most of the install was wireless.

After the install he guided us on the mobile app and showed us hot to operated and keep our home safe.

I opted for you company because of the reviews and have had nothing but problems and excuses. A few days after the system was installed I had to have your tech out to work on the system. I continued to have issues and when I called to cancel my service, I received all type of excuses and reasons. One thing is sure, I will most likely not be a long term customer of your company. Sorry to have to write this but you should under promise and over deliver. You have a long way to go.

I had an existing alarm system, and Smith technician (Chris Grammer) came in and reconfigured it and set me up with monitoring. He was early, efficient, professional, and friendly.

Mark was knowledgeable and courteous. He took time explaining everything and answered all our questions.

Chris came out and had to do a complete install as our old system was unusable. He was very informative, checked in on every change that had to be made, and walked us through how to use the equipment. It was a pleasure working with him.

Called for security spoke with a rep about service n installation. Setup immediately. David Lee was the tech that did the install. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly and knowledgable person than David Lee. He answered all of my questions effortlessly. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Rick👍
