I was so excited to recieve this…
I was so excited to recieve this product, I am a 3 mins infront of the minute girl. I dont even use a hair dryer or styler of any kind. I wash my hair tie it back done. My face is 3 step routine, cleanse, tone and moisturise. For the day a BB creme for sun protection, I find a creme use it then it goes out of stock. When I saw this product I thought YES! but no. It went on my face like watered down toothpaste and stayed that way. Just a chalky white film left on my face. I thought em what have I done but it just does not colour to my skin it does not even spread over my face it just sits. Really dissapointed but I hope its just me. The service has been AMAZING, maybe I am doing something wrong?

I never received my package, and they have refused to issue a refund or resend the order. Their customer service has been extremely difficult to deal with, and no one seems willing to genuinely help. They keep repeating that I need proof from SpeedX, even though SpeedX does not respond to any communication attempts.
I would not recommend ordering from them, especially if you live in an apartment building. They do not take responsibility when packages are left unsecured and end up being stolen. Instead of helping customers resolve the issue, they leave you without your order or your money.

I had a return on my order 524957 and Carla was great! Handled it with ease and no nonsense! It didn’t work for me and he lr answer was “ I get it, no problem, it’s handled” in my eyes that is customer service. No guilting me, or trying to get me to stay by giving me 50% off, just no problem. 100% pleased!

Customer service was the worst
Customer service was the worst. I asked repeatedly for tracking information and when it was finally sent, they (AI) sent me tracking for an order placed last March- for someone that was four states away from me. AI replaces actually talking to someone in customer service which makes it very confusing and frustrating. I am not so impressed with the product, either. It leaves my skin looking washed out. I am light complected. Maybe this product is better for people with darker skin.

Excellent customer service
I had a problem with the pump on a bottle of Smooche foundation. Having contacted the company I received a very helpful response from Carla, with suggestions on how I might rectify the problem, and what to do if the problem remained. I even received a follow up email to see how I was getting on. The problem was solved and I was very impressed with the customer support I received, Carla was friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious, and based on that I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.
