Excellent customer service response from Juice 814570. I thought i ordered the reverse-aging adaptive foundation but got the color changing foundation instead. Juice quickly clarified that the Reverse-aging Adaptive Foundation and the Color Changing Foundation are actually the same product, just referred to differently. Glad that I do not need to return the product which will be a hassle 😅

The product is cheap and nasty
The product is cheap and nasty. It changes colour really quickly but frankly the colour is awful and cakey. It doesn’t blend well. It highlights skin imperfections rather than making skin look better. It does not glow. It is expensive at nearly $60 per bottle and there are many other MUCH BETTER foundation or tint products out there. DON’T FALL FOR THE HYPE! It’s a scam. It made me love my current Ocosmedics foundation even more. Smooche is awful. <3

I ordered the makeup and it went on great
I ordered the makeup and it went on smoothly and felt great at first. I was so sorry to find i am allergic to something in the product. I reached out to juice with the results and she responded quickly. She offered some of their other products but when i told her i preferred a refund she did that quickly. I am sorry i cannot wear the product as it has been a pleasure to deal with such excellent customer service. I wish other companies would model this one.

They worked quickly to resolve a problem
CARLA order number# 822981, was able to resolve the problem with my order quickly and efficiently. I like the brush and lip liner products. Foundation for melanated skin needs to be developed.

DOES NOT WORK
Giving a 5 star review with ASSUMPTION that the company will process a refund. This product is VERY drying. It blended in (changed from white to skin color) but DID NOT act as a foundation at all. NO coverage of dark spots, accentuated every line on my face, did NOTHING. Do NOT believe the instagram ads.

I ordered the Smooche colour changing foundation. I tried the product straight away, the product was lovely, but unfortunately didn"t suit my skintone. I emailed Smooche immediately to request a refund. CARLA was fantastic, she responded very promptly and started to process a refund as this was the only foundation they produced and I really need a new foundation, she kept me advised every step of the way. Because of her excellent customer service I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company. I will definately use Smooche again for any products which I require in the future. I placed my first order with Smooche…
I placed my first order with Smooche during their recent promotion. After 3 days I hadn’t received notification of shipment which concerned me and couldn’t use the ‘Track my Order’ link because a dispatch tracking number hadn’t been generated. I emailed not receiving expecting a response but received one the same day from Novie explaining the delay due to high demand and assuring me the order was in the system and would be dispatched soonest possible. This was followed up by another email withe the reference number and an explanation the orders have to clear customs which could take a further couple of days. As long as I’m informed and the company maintains contact with updates, that is excellent customer service in my opinion. Thanks Novie and Chloe
