I haven't received my order to this…

I haven't received my order to this day. I ordered the items 1 month ago(10 July 2026) in preparation for my son's 5th birthday. I have emailed them twice to follow up on the order and find out the status, I have not received any answer from them. At this point I want a refund as the items won't arrive in time and don't know how I am able to do so when they ignore enquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Stealing consumer money at this point.

No delivery after placing the order 16 days

After half month, they still not process and ship my order. No updates and no reply after sending the enquiry email unless I called them. They said will ship my order next week but after 2 weeks waiting and they said again next week. Not sure when exactly the next week will be.
