Product is always dated well in advance and packed to avoid crushing etc. It gets dispatched quickly and efficiently BUT then after sale falls down with it taking a week or more to be delivered under the courier agreement that they use. The after sale is the let down.

Badly fitting van cover.
Badly fitting caravan cover,nil assistance pockets provided to fit over van and balloons excessively with wind. Requires at least 4 further ropes to keep it down on the van. Not a good design would recommend you discontinue these they are a waste of money to the consumer.

Came quicker than first thought. Fits area good. Just didn't realise that the instructions were in the lounge underneath with the two extra cushions.

Never received my order that I placed 1 month and 10 days ago, have been trying to follow up with their customer service for 2 weeks now and have not received a reply. No tracking order number either. Shipped from Melbourne to Adelaide so shouldn’t have taken more a week to get to me. Their website quoted 2-4 business days for shipping. I also keep getting spammed with emails to review a product that I never received.
Hoping to get a charge back on my card now since no one has replied to me. Appalling service, do not recommend at all.

Postage was over 3 weeks- overall disappointing
Postage was over 3 weeks, communication when I was trying to see whether it was posted was awful- no reply and when I finally got someone on the phone they said it would be posted that day- was not posted until another 1.5week later.
In the box, well that was OK. Wouldn’t rave about it. The multi tool broke first time opening it and the little music box broke 2nd time using it.
I also emailed to let them know I was disappointed and I received no response.
