Fantastic service from start to end. A quote for the survey was sent over and all was booked in amazingly fast. Having the call from Steve to explain everything in detail was brilliant and helps you to understand so much more than just reading the report. It's worth it just for the phone call, never mind the detailed report. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Amazingly helpful, super quick, very reasonably priced.

Almost immediately after I first emailed, I was responded to regarding a survey being done on the property that I am buying .
They made contact with the estate agents and I was informed that the survey was booked for the 8th of July.
I was texted on the 8th to advise that they had just completed it and would be rung the following day by Steven.
I was given a very thorough breakdown of what the survey entailed by him and the document was emailed to me that day.
At all times, I was kept informed, was able to ask as many questions as I needed to and would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
My daughter had recommended them to me as they were the surveyor's for her buyer and she said the person who attended was very knowledgeable, polite, and she would use them herself if she decides to move again.

Arrangements made quickly and a detailed survey report provided the following day. This was talked through and explained clearly and thoroughly.
Would highly recommend.

Steven recently completed a level
3 survey on the house we are hoping to purchase. We couldn’t have been happier with the service SMRE provided. Correspondence was excellent throughout. We were particular impressed when Steven rang us to discuss his findings after carrying out the survey & the time he took to explain the details. I would highly recommend SMRE property & should we need any future surveys we would not hesitate to use them again.
