What can I say other than the fact from start to finish, Ian made this process so easy. From getting intouch to book my snagging survey, to completing. He sat me down and explained everything to me in detail, even walking me around and showing me everything. The report is professionally set out and easy to understand.
Ian himself is an absolute gentleman, polite and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Just moved into our new build as FTB's and knew we needed a snagging inspection. Found Snag Check Solutions online and booking was really easy.

I have been waiting nearly a year to finally get this survey done, and Ian did not disappoint! He is so lovely and incredibly good with people. He took the time to sit me down and explain every detail of the report, including what the repercussions might be if certain snags weren't addressed. There were very few serious issues, which was a relief! Ian was kind, professional, and very swift. He already has a great reputation on the Monkswood estate, and I can see why!

you can immediately tell he wants the best for his customers & their house. For anyone debating having a snag report done, it’s definitely worth it with this company. He explained the report in detail before leaving and it was completed & sent to me only a few hours after!

Ian was brilliant. Having just purchased our new build we of course missed quite a few things, being wrapped up in the excitement. However Ian was extremely thorough and pointed out issues I doubt we would have ever noticed. His knowledge of new builds and his attention to detail make his service worth every penny! He even breaks your report down in a layman friendly way so I understood every issue and why he'd flagged it as a concern. I recommend and will definitely be getting him back for our pre-two year check.

If you’re questioning whether a snag is necessary… yes it is! I was hesitant to spend money on a snag inspection considering we’d just bought a new build and have a baby on the way, but as Snag Check Solutions was the cheapest I found online, I went for it. The second Ian came to the house and started finding issues, I knew I was getting my moneys worth. He meticulously went over every inch of the house and found issues I’d have never even looked for. He talks you through his findings, which are then reflected in the extensive report that he sent over that evening. Honestly could not fault Ian on anything and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a Snag Check.

Booked Ian for a post completion inspection of our new build property. Ian was very thorough and identified lots of issues which we wouldn’t have discovered. He also provided us with thermal images of our radiators so we can see how the pipes run to our radiators. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ian again and will recommend him if we are asked at all

Could not have been a better service, great communication pre and post survey. Picked up snags that don’t meet the building regs that we would never have known and communicated severity clearly. Very thorough survey would 100% recommend.
