So many small issues were identified that I would never have noticed and the additional work to make the property perfect far exceeded the cost of this service. Grant was great from day 1, provided a full breakdown of what would be included and got a date booked in quick for the snagging. The report is extremely thorough and Grant found plenty of issues that I’d never spot myself. Takes the worry out of buying a new home. Professional friendly service and no complaints from me.

Great service from Grant, nothing was too much trouble. He fitted us in last minute on the day our new build home was due for completion. He was experienced, diligent and thorough. The report came through in no time at all and Grant was amazing from start to finish. He was respectful in our new build home taking care to wear foot protectors and respect our property. He spent a long time thoroughly inspecting our property and was knowledgeable. After service since receiving the report has been helpful and brilliant too. If you’re looking for a snagging company this is the one! Grant at Snag List Pro was unbelievable. At first when I was looking for a snagging company most people’s opinions was that a family/friend in a trade could do that, but they really couldn’t and the reports and files that was provided proved that! Everyone was shocked at the detail included on the reports and the videos that was shared for us to see. The service we received was amazing, really nice, professional guy. The investigation he does on the house is amazing thanks to the knowledge and tools he has, real peace of mind for us. A prompt initial response and quote from Grant after enquiring online. He was very flexible with timescales due it being a new build and us not getting a confirmed move-in date until 2 weeks before. The actual inspection was very professional and of an excellent standard. Grant is very knowledgeable and thorough going above and beyond with drone footage and detailed pictures and videos sent with the report on the follow-up. Would recommend Snag List Pro to anyone looking for peace of mind with a new build, the service is definitely worth the price when spending a large sum on a house. Been meaning to write this for a while but just want to say a massive thank you to Grant from Snag List Pro. He was the first one in our house in Ashford, Kent back at the end of March and was there for the whole day such was the extent of the snagging issues. True to his word, 2 days later a full report including a myriad of images and videos arrived ready to send on to our developers. We took his advice in order to get things sorted and they’ve been sorting out any issues we’ve addressed with the proof Grant has professionally provided. A friendly guy, knowledgable and incredibly thorough. Money well spent and would certainly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Grant.

Grant snagged my house last week, he was very polite and beyond detailed finding 183 snags (I could only find 5) I would highly recommend him to anyone, he sent his report to me in an easy to read format that I could send straight onto my developer to have faults rectified

Grant has done a tremendous job at very short notice and over delivered. He produced very high-quality visual documentation identifying over 150 defects in and out of the property. The developer accepted practically all of them. Thermal images and drone footage can be reviewed again after 1.5 years, before the 2 year snagging period.
