I purchased the Samsung S24 Ultra vintage bookcase cover case (black outside and camel inside).
It arrived very quickly and well packaged. Not only does it look and feel great, but it actually is added protection for my smartphone! I have atypical Parkinson’s, all of the symptoms and side effects, but especially essential tremors and myoclonus. It doesn't matter that I always immediately install the gorilla glass film on the screen and camera lenses, I drop the phone so many times a day, they constantly break and have to purchase new devices. The Snakehive bookcase cover provides excellent extra padding and I haven't had a broken smartphone since! I didn't notice until the other day, that Snakehive makes a snap on cover for the camera lenses. I really should get that for total protection as well. I also purchased at the same time, the matching key pouch. This works great for similar reasons, because it not only protects my keys,but the increasingly used plastic fobs used for doors instead of keys, so protects them as well. Another reason I tried Snakehive, is because I went thru too many smartphone cases too count, including the Samsung OEM. I was constantly having trouble with not only button snap, but the metal top clasp never working correctly either. The Snakehive bookcase cover metal top clasp works perfectly.

But the main reason that I am writing this review, is your customer support service representative, Cyle. I had written him that I was surprised that, although I had purchased the Snakehive bookcase cover case this past November 2025 (and really wasn't sure of the warranty, of any), that the metal clasp on top had come loose from the cover (and sent a picture). Cyle immediately told me he was sending me a brand-new replacement (despite the website showing out of stock) and also another matching key pouch, just incase something happened to that as well.

All have arrived in less than a week, and Cyle was emailing me daily with shipping updates,carrier scheduling and other information. From my initial email, Cyle's response time has literally been immediate, precise and professional. This is very rare these days, as I have been having trouble with other companies. A company can litterally produce the best products on the market, but when they have website problems, ordering issues,shipping and carrier disasters, but mostly, terrible customer support services, it's not worth purchasing their products and dealing with all the hassles, especially with a terminally ill disease like me.

Snakehive hive, not only have truly amazing products, esthetically,functionally, but especially in my situation, extra padding protection and for my Samsung S24 Ultra, which all of those flagship smartphones are extremely expensive! I am really considering that extra camera lense protection, really need it, but am considering an upgrade to the brand-new Samsung 26 Ultra, and will need to purchase that specific Samsung S26 Snakehive bookcase cover case and would then also purchase the extra camera lense protection. I am also very interested in the RFID card wallet, as I don't carry cash (only bank and medical cards).

But seriously, people with Parkinson’s and Epilepsy should really consider Snakehive smartphone bookcase cover cases for extra padding protection from constant smartphone dropping, inside and even worse outside on the hard pavement.

But upper management should take special notice of the excellent customer service support that Cyle provided. He really went out of his way, was extremely knowledgeable about Snakehive products and procedures. Cyle deserves a raise!

The products I've bought so far have been excellent. The leather is strong, well stitched together with thoughtful design. The leather softens quickly with use and protects my phone very well, especially as I drop it all the time!!

Excellent Quality cases, had one on all my phones for as long as I can remember.

Great product had quite a few over the years...perfect for any phone.

The only thing is the clip eventually breaks or falls off within the 12 to 18 months ...I change phone every 2 years. I this is mainly down to the cards in the wallet section ...

Overall though a great phone case

Excellent product this is the 4th phone case I've purchased (Galaxy S Ultra) and I can't fault them. They provide great protection, look great and last for years

Phone case fits well, it's robust and has a neat fold away part to use as a stand. Very happy with the product.

Due to my ordering error, I received the wrong case for my phone. I emailed Snakehive and immediately received a response offering an exchange and giving me instructions as to how to return the case i ordered incorrectly. Upon providing them proof for mailing, they emailed me immediately to tell me the exchange had been made and they would be sending me the new case. So many companies love you when you are a prospect but once you become a customer and in particular if you have a problem, they go dark. Not Snakehive. They love you when you are a prospect and even more when you are a customer. The service is incredible.

I use a waterproof spray to keep it clean being nubuck leather - it ages super well I had the first one 2 years ago- still going strong but fancied a new color- ) I get lots of compliments

I ordered a leather case for Google Pixel 8 Pro and I'm very satisfied. The case fits perfectly, the colors are exactly as on pictures. One downside I've noticed is that the case gets scratched easily. Maybe it requires some leather polish?

This is my third snakehive case. Have been very happy every time. The only thing that could make them perfect is if they had RFID protection

Great quality product, I and my wife have used the phone cases for several years without any problems with the fit and function. They always outlast our phones which are usually 4 years old when we change them and in perfect condition due to the Snakehive cases.

Well designed and manufactured. I always opt for Snakehive when I need a new case. Ordered on Wednesday and it arrived at 8:37am on Friday.

I’m very disappointed with this screen protector. It was a complete waste of money. It does not stick properly to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus, and I ended up with a massive bubble that would not go away no matter what I tried. Honestly, the £1 case I bought on eBay is far better than this. I would not recommend this product at all.

I have bought several iPhone cases for my family as they are the best quality and the most durable, in my opinion.
I love the different styles and colours and would recommend to anyone.
