I hadi indicate my interest for a position but I still did not get any phone interview at this time.

Snap.HR offered to run our charity's recruitment pro-bono, and helped us fill a few roles we were really struggling with. They are amazing!

I've loved every single aspect of this platform.

I've been reached every week to have updates about my situation or what I had to do as 'next-step' in the interview process.

These guys are really professional and they definitely help you to get amazing job opportunities to smash.

I really enjoy the experience with snap.hr. At first, I was a little unsure, but they have a hardworking and very helpful team and some decent roles have cropped up for me.

I have recommended them to a few of my colleagues in the industry.

Really nice honest staff at Snap.hr, they have been really responsive to my query's. Easy to ask for help.
The real problem is, the pool of jobs. It use to be fairly busy. I had one interview with a company at the start of the year. Wasnt a great company but never saw another interview ever again. I always login daily on the website and use it but I just dont think its great for some job roles.
So for me, hasnt been the greatest experience compared to other websites which have been more active with interview.
Even though I had a bad experience with one of the companys I got interviewed, Snap.hr should have done something to get some of discussion with that company. I did raise my issue but they never really followed up.

Job Search and Interview Scheduling was something i enjoyed very much with Snap. The process was very interactive and comms was within a single window. no checking emails, this has made me to focus much on prepration and leave the much non-productive work to snap, which i have recommeded to many.

Great selection of companies and helpful staff. Only minor gripe is that the website can be very slow.

Makes being in the job market simple and flexible.
Possible to passively wait for opportunities to come to you or switch to proactively searching for "the one" when you want to.
Talent managers are there to help without being too pushy.
Overall a positive experience.

Snap.hr has a great UI/UX which makes it very easy to use. More importantly, you need not deal with spam emails for something that you aren't interested in. The matchmaking between companies and candidates works great. You could express interest on companies and the companies can look at your profiles and express their interest. Throughout the process, you will have a Talent Manager assigned to you, who will help you through the whole process for anything required. I highly recommend this for Developers looking for a change in their role.

Pretty dodgy. Someone contacts you via linked in saying they will set up a profile and start sending roles from companies that would be interested in hiring me. They asked for a time to chat and a series of other questions. At no point did I consent to setting up an account let alone start getting emails from their portal on a constant basis. They claim that because they said they will set up an account and I answered questions about salary etc, consent was implicit. When I asked to delete the account, first no one replied for days. When I asked the person via linked in, they asked me to do it myself, which obviously I couldn't do myself from the account. I had to threaten to go to the ICO before I got any response to my Subject Access Requests and still getting shifty replies saying they did let me know that my account was deleted, when actually no one emailed me. Stay clear of them, don't even respond.
Interesting fact: See all the positive reviews and how many reviews each one of those reviewers have ever written on trust pilot - 1, what does that mean?!

Great platform

The team is really good in every aspect, always present but never excessive. A dedicated person will help creating the profile, and will always be available as a point of contact.

If you're looking for a job and want companies to do the approaching themselves Snap is great!! Got lots of interest from both smaller companies and big big blue chip companies. Finn from Snap was particularly helpful - very friendly and communicative and was always ready to answer any of my queries. Great overall experience and I definitely recommend Snap for anyone in the tech industry looking for new opportunities.

I found Snap a great platform: easy to schedule interviews, the layout makes the offer very transparent. A couple of time the recruiter didn't receive my messages, and I had to contact her again.
