regarding correct email update but no response

I have made a order from snapmint for Flipkart voucher of Rs 2000 but due to typo error my email was wrong update earlier so, I put a mail 9 days ago on customer care but there is no reply on my email regarding email id update .I am forwarded earlier mail on daily basis but there is even no single reply my EMI is Debited in coming month. No response frustrated with snapmint.
