I’m sharing my recent experience with Snapmint to caution anyone considering a purchase through their platform. I ordered a Jio Phone 2 but received a product that doesn’t match what was advertised—not only in appearance but possibly in authenticity as well.
Here’s what happened:
The product I received looks nothing like the original Jio Phone 2 shown in the app, and I have strong doubts about its authenticity.
Snapmint works with a seller named Shopy Vision who refused my request for a return after I pointed out the discrepancies.
To process a return, they demanded an unboxing video (which they hadn’t specified earlier). I complied, but the return was still rejected on arbitrary grounds.
There was no mention of product authenticity or clarity in the description, which led me to believe I was purchasing a genuine product. I even have written confirmation of the return conditions from the seller that were conveniently ignored.
This experience has left me feeling scammed and frustrated. For a platform like Snapmint to allow such irresponsible practices speaks volumes. I hope they address these issues before more customers fall victim.
If you’re considering a purchase on Snapmint, be cautious! My experience shows a clear lack of consumer support, transparency, and accountability. Let’s raise awareness so others don’t face the same!

First time I used snapmint i had a good experience. But I face issue when I tried to return one order which is not what I ordered. I am unable to return one product although I mail them I got no reply. Now I have to pay emi for the product which I am unable to used. This is worse

Excellent service and financial help

Purchased a razor deathadder mouse over 3 month EMI. Increased my CIBIL score and got the mouse as well. Today on 1st oct 2024, I have ordered thro amazon on snapmint. I have got a piano stand and some other stuff on a 3 month EMI again. Snapmint really does help with finances. Glad I didn't turn out disappointed like a lot of people here are saying.

i have purchaged so many items from snapmint as washing machine, inverter battery, fans etc after purchaging there is no customer contact no feed back, no any one of items are as branded items there is down quality in every product, no contact for warranty,
no phone call recieved no email reply,
i reccomend that do not purchage items from this app and save your money.

Extremely disappointed with Snapmit's customer support! They keep canceling my orders without explanation or resolution. No attention to detail, no respect for customer requests. Support team is unhelpful and unresponsive. To make matters worse, they don't even notify you if your order is canceled! I had to reach out to the item's company to find out my order was canceled. No communication, no updates, complete silence. Avoid Snapmit at all costs! Poor service, total frustration.

The most fraud company ever

The most fraud company ever. After even dedicating the EMI amount they are saying we haven’t received it yet. The customer care was rude, she was basically being rude over call. So I have to pay double now. Why do I have to go and do the bank and ask for refund. Isn’t it your duty to do it. If there’s a payment failure. This company should close down for once.
This is just worst.

Offline Representatives are good

I am continuing an EMI against a Godrej Washing Machine through offline customer representative at Guwahati. I was not expecting these reviews only expressing dissatisfaction of the mass customer. We are hopeful that they will revise and act right to ensure customer satisfaction.

This seems to be a fraud company. Their phone number 022-4893 1351 always connects to IVR system that do not provide answer to our questions. They provide irrelevant response when we send email to them. Even if we ask them to call us, they simply ignore it.
So, it is fully a fraud company. They don't want to provide response to customer questions.
