Completely UNRELIABLE
I confirmed my booking by paying my deposit 24/11/22 my booking was for 10/12/22 when I contacted Snapswirl as I hadn’t had any communication from them a few days before my event, 1 day later they emailed me stating that they had emailed me for confirmation, nothing in my inbox or junk folder they also stated that they had already issued a refund for the deposit … again completely untrue. They ruined a Christmas party for a group of young children and vulnerable people I work with, I organise regular events for my group and would never use SNAPSWIRL again, completely unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. I will state that approximately 1 week later after me stating my deposit was not returned it finally arrived in my account! 12/12/22
