Iv not received my email….

Iv not received my confirmation e-nail yet!! It says I should have got it with in an hour. I’ve been waiting since Wednesday 18th July.

Was looking for a last minute getaway…

Was looking for a last minute getaway for the weekend. Looked on there website this morning and a chalet came up in great yarmouth and them when going to book it takes you to another website you own the chalet and it is sold out for the dates we choose.
Maybe you need to advertise places that are actually available to stay in and ones that arent SOLD OUT!!

It looks like someone else just beat you to the booking, and the chalet was snapped up shortly before you tried to confirm your dates. Our website took a short time to update, which meant it still appeared as available — we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

We’ve now updated the listing to reflect the correct availability, and we’re continuing to improve how quickly our systems sync to prevent this from happening in the future.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of last-minute bookings, especially for popular locations like Great Yarmouth, but we’d love to try and help you find an alternative for this weekend if you're still looking.
