Stay away from this company, it's a scam. They are useless in customer service and are not bothered at all.

Terrible company to deal with, placed order and what was suppose to take 10 days are gonna take months for my order. Cannot cancel as they refuse to refund me🤬🤬🤬Do not buy from them as they scammers

The product supplied did not have the features advertised. When I complained, they made it as difficult as possible even though it was a simple instance of false advertising. Finally allowed me to return the product, after a month I am still waiting for my refund.

By the way, Snatcher does not have a phone service, email only.

You do not answer my mails!!!!!! Where is my order for goodness sake. You give bad service. You deducted my money but then nothing!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery times are false. Been 14 visions days since my order and the order is not even doorstop as being packed. Emailed and the response is that they are waiting for their supplier. As far as I can tell this is a drop shipping company masquerading as a local sales platform. Cannot recommend highly enough to not buy from them. They do not even respond to my emails any more.

I got my products in a good condition and received them on time thank you.

Product received not the same as product description. Product made of cheap materials as lenses does not change colour in direct sunlight and the polarization is not suitable for night driving glare reduction. This is also not the only product received from them that's not the same as it's description on their website, previously its was a humidifier with 200ml capacity that their website stated was 300ml. Customer service is rude, and will answer defensively without reading a concern properly. They refuse to refund the faulty product, claiming nothing is wrong with it, even without testing it. Website stated product have a 15 day lead time, however it took them longer than a month to deliver. Once again when I started asking questions regarding my order by day 20 they rudely mentioned the 15 day lead time.

I purchase a hot brush waited fir 3 weeks to tell me there's no stock I requested a refund still waiting for the refund it's its 1 month now still no refund bad service service

I purchased a 24V Rechargeable Portable High-Pressure Spray Gun on 12 July 2023.

On first use, it turned out to be faulty. I took it back to Snatcher. They investigated, and said the device was faulty and they will refund me, they requested my Bank Details to process payment within 7 days. They didn't do so, therefore I sent them a reminder, they said they are sorry etc., they'll process payment. We now approaching the September, the second month since they promised to refund me and they haven't done so. They are no longer responding to my emails, but strangely they keep on sending me ads for "specials".

I could make this zero it would still be to high. The parcel took long to get here and not the 10 days according to their delivery policy and the order was not complete with no credit shown on my account. I contacted their support on 4 occasions, without any replies.

I would give no stars, but theres no option for that. they have not returned my money for their collected damaged item. of which they confirmed was damaged

I have been waiting for my refund since the 4th August 2023 till to date I have not received my refund for order number 30****. I cancelled the order before shipment and then sent a request to be refunded. But till to date their customer support agents having been giving me endless excuses about an excessive backlog for refunds in their accounts department.

If it could be a 0 star review I would have given them a 0!!! Terrible service - I ordered over 3 weeks ago and now they have delivered to the wrong province! Not worth it at all!

The company is a scam . They are blatantly taking money and not delivering. There are hundreds of the same complaints across many platforms. How are they still operating ??

These are scammers. I canceled an order before it was even shipped and they charged a 15% cancelation fee.
2 weeks later they are still processing my refund.

Waiting for my refund since 11July 2023. Cannot contact them. Get email response that the matter is escalated but no refund. It seems instead of taking the 15% admin fee, they have pocketed my entire R1400! In case Snatcher sees this, my order number is 294486.

This company plays games when it come to passing credit for incorrect good received & returned. All the bull they send you and their useless Andile Mncube keep blaming the credit department for sitting on the credit. Invoice# 288006. Many emails sent to them but no luck in getting a refund!!! Fraud Fraud Fraud!!! Don't ever buy anything from them... Shame on you Snatcher...stealing peoples money???

This company is unreliable.
I ordered in June, they delivered a wrong item and I sent an email immediately but no response, even acknowledgement from them.
Their parcel is still in their original box, waiting for them to exchange with the correct order.

RUN AWAY FROM THEM! UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!

I have not received my refund and I am losing my patience. Will end up going to thier premises or report the company for slow respond and failing to pay my money back

They need a minus 5 star, they are SCAMMERS, I ordered an Adjustable Chamferring Planer on 17/07/2023 and only received my order today 03/08/2023, and it was not the planer that I ordered but just a blade, tried to return it and get a refund, b ut after reading the reviews and people not getting refunded I decided to accept my current loss as a lesson learnt
