They keep changing the delivery dates for an order. First says pre-order 10-15 days then says it is an imported product that takes 10 - 15 days once they receive confirmation from China. I'm now on 11 days after receiving confirmation from China and their tracking link gives a 404 page error. Bunch on scammers!!

Sent the incorrect item!! Major issues to get them to exchange and giving me all the work to do. Dirk van Greuning wake up!!!!

Ordered a week ago. Got an email today to say that the item was unfortunately out of stock. However, a search on their website shows the item available, but no longer at the special price...

If anyone think to order anything from Snatcher, do not do it!
What a bunch of crooks.
I have ordered Rearview Cameras (Selling price:R2670) on 28/12/2022. After numerous E mails, i did received reaview cameras on 18/01/2023.
The product delivered was not the same what i have ordered. When investigated, i found the product they delivered to me was rearview cameras Snatcher advertise for a R1600 . More then a R1000 cheaper that i have paid!!
Again after numerous E mails the Courier Guy collected the cameras on 7/2/2023. The Cameras was delivered the same day to Snatcher. When inquiring about my refund on 20/2/2023, they said they still not received the cameras back. I do have proof who received the package at Snatcher. Again E mails followed and still no refund - 2 months since my money was EFT to them.
I think you will not find a more incompetent bunch of fools in any company....

Only a 1 star because there was no option for 0!! No communication, useless feedback, and no product after saying it’s delivered!

I placed my order (#247082) on the 30th of January on the 9th of February I asked when goods will be shipped and I was told that it was packed and marked for urgent collection. On the 13th of February I mailed and asked about the shipping and goods still did not leave so I requested a refund. I was told that was escalated to their accounts and marked as urgent. Today is the 20th of February and still no refund and no reply on my emails. I am so frustrated.

Can I give a negative star? I wish I had read all these reviews before I gave my hard-earned money to this damn company. I ordered and paid (I thought) but the next day I got an e-mail saying that the item in my cart was waiting for me to pay. I checked my bank account first to make sure that I hadn't paid them twice!! When I checked when I was getting my product I was told 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS! That's 2 weeks! Now I've queried again and I'm told 10 - 15 business days AFTER they receive the tracking advice because the product has only just left China (blah blah Covid - THAT excuse doesn't work anymore people!) I checked the website and they have quickly put on a disclaimer about Chinese New Year - which hasn't happened yet! I told them to cancel my order and give me my money back - can't do that because the product is being shipped already. SO annoyed!! Stay away!!

AVOID SNATCHER.CO.ZA AT ALL COSTS! Will not refund a product that is faulty, nevermind the lack of communication when initially ordering the product or long lead time!

After sending pictures of the item plus original packaging and shipping packaging and fulfilling all the T&C's as per their website, they refuse to refund the item as they now want a video meaning i need to disassemble my vehicle dash again to take a video, not going to happen. Id rather take a video of myself smashing the product.

They sell you damaged items. You contact them literally 5 minutes after the parcel landed when you say the item where damaged. Then you have to wait more than a month for the refund and still no luck! Typical South African culture of stealing from the normal guys in the street and coining the money for your self.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ONLINE STORE. THEY DON'T DELIVER AND YOU ALSO WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I ALWAYS BUY ONLINE AND IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEMS I GET A REFUND EASY. BUT THIS ONE IS TRASH. I ONLY RECEIVED A *WRONG* PRODUCT AFTER I SENT THEM EMAILS EVERY DAY. WHEN THAT WRONG ITEM ARRIVED I STILL HAD TO FIGHT THEM FOR THE RIGHT ONE. THEY ALSO ARRANGED FOR THE WRONG ITEM ITEM TO BE COLLECTED AT A WRONG ADDRESS. THEN AFTER IT WAS COLLECTED I FOUGHT THEM EVERY DAY FOR MY MONEY. . THEY HAVE A BACKLOG OF REFUNDS, WHICH SHOWS THE TYPE OF BUSINESS IT IS. TRASH TRASH. CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK COMMENTS. THERE'S NOT A SINGLE HAPPY CUSTOMER. THEY ALSO DELETE COMMENTS AND REVIEWS.

I shopped for an upholstery vacuum cleaner online and I made the mistake of purchasing only the head part. I decided to see if I couldn't find the actual body of the applicable vacuum cleaner model on Snatcher and other sites. Snatcher and other stores didnt have it at all. I put in a returns request and the service consultant basically said it states clearly on the product that its just a head part. I know that...its called a mistake that can happen to any shopper. I informed her that their cover picture of the product as well as the first picture show the whole vacuum cleaner and moreover they didn't have the actual model of the appropriate vacuum cleaner. How do you sell parts of a model you don't have? She still hasn't responded and to be honest with you I'm not interested in doing business with people who don't accept reasonable returns and don't understand that we are human and we make mistakes. I also feel that they are a bunch of scammers more than anything. Stick to Takealot, Shein, Amazon and Ringabelcart because Snatcher simply does not know customer service.
