Legit company paid with klarna and never had any issues I also ordered on their Instagram too, was smooth every time

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a pair of sneakers that should’ve been delivered over a week ago, however, they still haven’t been shipped. Their support team never responds, so essentially I’ve paid for an item I’ll never receive. Wouldn’t trust this company! Bring your money anywhere else.

guys, this is the first time when I was deceived, this fake store does not buy there is nothing on February 5, I bought a yeesy boost 350 V2 Cinder and until now there is nothing I have stopped the payment with this Klarna bank called and returned the money. who bought from Sneak foot stop payments before it's too late. order number # 11785

We ordered shoes for our son and thought we were getting a good price... They took our money on Jan 26th, 2021 but never sent the shoes. I called their number repeatedly. Left a voicemail. Emailed them. Texted them. Not one single reply. Also, I have looked up all of their supposed addresses on Google maps. Try it. I have yet to find their physical location. The main address on their site points to a UPS store. Another to an empty field in Ireland. Check out the large number of people who say they have been cheated by this company...

I placed my order in May 2020, now it's February 2021 and after months without any answer they said my order was canceled and refunded, but that never happened, and they keep with no answering to my emails. This company might be legit, but they are not serious, and I've lost 1000$...

I ordered AF1 react white ice on 12/24 and literally 2 months later, I have received NOTHING!!!! I have called them 50 times, sent emails, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram with not 1 response!! This is complete BS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME....THEY ARE FLAT OUT THIEVES!!! No reputable company acts like this!!!

I ordered 1/21/21 and stil have not received all 4 of my shoes will be giving a update next week

Alright, let me tell you something. If you’re reading this reviews hoping this website is legit because of their tempting prices... you’re in my shoes about 2 months ago. I read a majority of bad and good reviews. But I was being naive. I’m 100% the good reviews are fake accounts because most of them say the same sh** like “legit got my shoes in 2 weeks”. Don’t fall for this scam. This website is literally robbing peoples money, and crypto. I ordered in the beginning of December and haven’t gotten 1 update at all since then. I’ve messaged over 50 times and cursed them the f*** out. Already called my bank for a refund and got it back quick. But please take my warning... this website is FAKE and I don’t know why they haven’t been shut down yet. It’s a 10000000% scam

What a scam! Really wish I would’ve seen these reviews before ordering from this trash company. Ordered a pair of Jordans for my husband for Vday back in January. Of course they did not arrive in time! Emailed twice and no response. They def take your money before even shipping your item! Major red flag!!!! Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT buy from this company! They are a joke!

I'm not sure why this company is not addressing the biggest issue they have. --> People are making orders and the shoes are not arriving. <-- You're guys addressed the email issue and yet emails are still not getting a reply. And yes, people are being scammed if they're waiting 4+ months for a shoe, asking for a return of money in their emails and being ignored. I haven't gotten a reply since December..... This is beyond ridiculous and they want to claim legitimacy? It's way too many people having this issue and it's not being resolved. If you're a customer reading this, call your card company and get a refund. It's not worth being ignored constantly, laughed at and scammed 200+ dollars. Good luck guys

I had ordered shoes (ORDER #7509) since 12/2020. I ordered them because they promoted a "GET THEM BEFORE CHRISTMAS!" promotion, but I have yet to get them delivered, yet alone a shipping number. They don't reply to you either, so communication is out of the question. Don't listen to the positive reviews you see, notice how all the 1-Star are saying the exact same thing how we can't get a word from the company about our orders. The positive reviews are proven to be fake.

I havent received my order that i ordered on 12/22! It is 2/23!! I email no response! I want my refund!!

I emailed them over 15x times, I paid in full 2 months ago , nobody reached back out I want my shoes an updated SOMETHING.

This website is a scam. I ordered sneakers November 25th, I have sent a dozen emails and DMs on all their social channels and they have not returned anything. They will not give me a refund, they have not contacted me, their phone number goes straight to a voicemail that you cannot leave a voicemail on. This website is a scam. Do not buy from this website. Each time there is a bad review, there are then three good reviews. If you notice there is a pattern take this as confirmation that this is a scam website. Save your money.

I placed an order in November 2020 and received an email on the 5th of December 2020 to say it’s on its way and with a tracking number. The tracking number is untraceable. In the past 2 weeks, I’ve sent 3 emails, messaged both their Instagram and Facebook pages and nobody has responded to my Enquiries to find my order, offer an apology, or even a refund. Very frustrated as it’s been 3 months and I don’t have the shoes or my money back and nobody will respond to me. Do not order from this site.

My experience has not been a good one! I ordered my shoes January 27th. My order number was 11210. I’ve tried emailing, calling, texting the number and I have YET to hear back from someone. It’s ridiculous that it takes that long for someone to get back to you! I understand if things are backed up. BUT HAVE COMMON DECENCY AND DISCUSS THE MATTERS WITH YOUR CUSTOMER! A VERY GOOD WAY TO LOSE YOUR CLIENTELE!!!

They are fraud company, don’t buy from them.

They claim that there is no information in their database about our orders , that is a bigger misfortune, not professionalism in work, in any case this is my orders number
