If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Still waiting on an order back from December 3rd. Haven’t heard back from anyone since then. Pathetic company.

Excellent customer support and quick delivery to DC!

I placed my order with them on Nov 16, 2020 and I still haven't received anything...

Let that sink in.

They don't reply to any emails or DMs. I contacted USPS and even THEY were confused as to why they haven't received any packaging because they have shipping labels ready to go.

It's going to be March on Monday plus it's my birthyday. I'm still hoping to get my shoes, but I know deep down I've been scammed.

I made an order on January 20, 2021, and I wait for the shoes,I try to contact them and they respond me” Hi there! I will take a look into this and get back to you. Appears to be just a logistical delay from our supplier, should be corrected soon.
Thanks so much for your patience and apologies if there's been any difficulties in contacting us”
Am I still waiting without any answer about the shoes or my money.

I placed two orders with this company. Once in September 2020 and the second in October 2020. Never received either of my orders. They stopped responding to my emails and I currently have the BBB looking into my claim. For all who have been subjected to this scam like I have a class action against this company will soon be starting !!

Perfect 5 star company, ordered and received my product as expected for a good price

I ordered sneakers $588. I received an email confirming my order and weeks later nothing. I emailed with no response. I finally reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Please be cautious and don’t pay with a debit card. It’s a scam in my opinion and unfortunately not a legit site. My credit card wouldn’t approve the initial purchase until I called to approve it that should have been the red flag to keep me away. No good and waste of time.

I placed an order with sneak foot in Jan. 15 2021 and I have not received my order. I have reached out to the company 5 times to request the progress of my order and NO ONE responds. I've called the customer service number several times and it automatically sends you to voicemail but you are unable to leave a message.

Reliable company, shipped both my orders in about a week and they arrived after 2 total.

I placed my order on February 4th. Still have not received anything. I have emailed you 6 time, texted 3, called 5 time. NOTHING..... I placed a fraud issue with Klarna( an online credit account) No not recommend this company to anyone.

I have placed an order on 24/1, My order 10906, the website mention 16 business days will ship the item . I do understand on the covid situation but at least please reply an email to me . I send several emails and after I place an cancelling to my order for the refund. Now there is no email from you guys on the refund. I though you guys are building trust but letting your customers getting worried . This is no the key . Please at least communicate with us and update on my order ! This is totally so unfair for us . We trusted you but this is the services your provide ? Mention email is your prioritiy choice but what the use of you do not reply back to us ? This is so disappointed.. Really speechless ..

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of shoes in December of 2020 and
It is February 26th and I have sent 4 emails and tried calling and the voicemail is full. I am having to dispute this with my bank because I cannot even get in touch with anyone to request a refund.Meanwhile they are still advertising like they have the shoes in stock. This was the first time I have tried to order from this company and it will be my last.

Stop buying sneakers anywhere else but SneakFoot and watch the market drop

I retract my previous bad review because they fixed my situation and got my order out again to me!

Unfortunately had to cancel my order but they were very professional overall about it and my refund took 2 days to clear to my bank account. Based on this experience I would return and will likely order next week! I am not one to leave reviews but felt compelled to!

My only issue was shipping time but when that was sorted I was very content with the whole process.
