Placed an order on Feb 12 2020. No shoes, no refund, no response from store.

Nothing but a scam. They take your money and you never get your kicks. And no one ever replies to you emails or phone call

This company is a scam!!! Don't buy from this company. Don't believe all these fake reviews saying that this company is legit and they received there merchandise. It's all lies. I'm still waiting for my order and a reply to all my emails I've sent them.

Horrible website, go to Stock X instead. Didn't get my pair from Sneak Foot.

No one responds back to me when I reach out my order was placed on April 11th !!!

Order since March 18. Paid in full and my order still says unfulfilled, emailed dozens of times no response. The customer service number goes straight to voice-mail and the mailbox is full. This company is a scam. I will proceed with a lawsuit

This is the worst company and the world. I ordered back on 03/4/2020 haven't received the email confirmation nothing yet. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

I ordered to this site back in February 7 and i have not received my product up to this day. It’s already May 25,2021 and not receive the product. Horrible costumer service, emailed multiple times. Called costumer service and cannot even leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full.
very bad experience :(

My husband and I order shoes for my sister in laws birthday back in DECEMBER 2020! Still haven’t heard anything from them we keep emailing them and DMing them on insta and no reply. As soon as my husband tweeted out to them they reply asking for confirmation number (replying like they were willing to help) and we never heard back from them!!! Please don’t make a mistake like we did. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THEM‼️

They didnt deliver i ordered on dec 2020
#8296 (5 months now).... they never send me shipment details and no replies at all for more than 20 emails . Not once . And when you write in their page in instagram they delete your comment (Thousand comments been deleted same problem) dont order from them they take your money and dont deliver or refund .. run ..

People saying they received their order in less than a month are just lying or fake accounts made by Sneakfoot, the prices are cheap because they’ll never come I filed a complaint with BBB and won my case I also filed a dispute with my bank and the case is still ongoing because their are SO MANY cases of customers filing disputes against Sneakfoot. Also check out my YouTube video I made for Sneakfoot and look at the comments on my video and you’ll get many disappointed customers like me who never received anything. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SNEAKFOOT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY and never respond to any emails

I ordered and paid for a pair of Jordan's three months ago. They have not shipped and my repeated attempts to email and call Sneak Foot have gone unanswered.

Ordered 2 months ago for husband birthday, I was scammed by reading reviews here, turns out the reviews are fake. They run their company with no shoes. The only transaction happening is stealing our money, paying people writing a couple of FAKE reviews daily . Sure probably made a couple of millions. These criminals need to be condemned and reimburse OUR money. No goods were exchanged. At this point even if anyone were to get goods, please question the authenticity. Dealing With thieves goods can only be fake or stolen

DO NOT purchase NOTHING from this company you will never reach a representative, they will keep sending you these robo BS emails saying they're busy and will reach out within 4 days. I placed my order 3/31/2021 and i have even received a mf tracking # nor my 2 pairs of Jordans yeah they got me $400 scam artists. Never again they are super lame for this. I thought I found a legit company to do business with but NOPE its a scam. SMMFH

This company has tp be a scam. I never received my order... then they either block me from emailing or cut email off cause it stop going through...

Disappointed. I ordered on April 1st it is May 19 and still have not received a shipping confirmation. I have emailed them multiple times no answer. Today I tried to call no answer as well send them a text to get an update on my order and have not received a update.
