Sneak Foot LTD 

Either somebody lying or they just don't like me. I ordered some Jordans over a month ago and have not received them. I sent multiple emails. No response. Called their number. No answer. Not even room in the inbox to leave a message. At this point I cannot recommend you do business with this company. Very unprofessional.

These are all paid reviews. They have to be. I ordered 300$ in shoes on April 20th 2021 and still have had no tracking or even a response. This site is a scam. I'm a dummy paying in bitcoin because I like the future. But con artists they are stole my money and no answer

These people are scammers can’t even get a refund better off closing your account and open another one so they don’t take anymore money

This is the worst company ever I am about to get a lawyer on this company to get my money back on sneakers I ordered 3 months ago . It should not take this long for order and if so they need to put that in the website. I have contacted this company plenty of times and nor response. I will never order from here again. And I need my money back ASAP

I ordered my items 6 weeks ago...no product have been shipped. I've emailed, called, and had the actual payment company to reach out. They have yet to respond to them. Items are paid for. I am in fear that I'm going to lose over $500.00+.

I’ve placed an order on 4/1/21 for two pairs of sneakers which I paid for through klarna after 30 days of no shipping information I emailed sneak foot several times asking them when would I be receiving my order 14702 they never emailed me back nor sent me any shipping information I then requested to cancel the order and I’ve still have not heard anything from these people I’ve even contacted klarna about getting a refund and I was told that sneakfoot would have to send them something saying the order was canceled it is now 5/16/21 and no one from sneak foot have reached back out to me after I have sent them over 7 emails theses people are horrible I would never order anything from these people again ever and I advised anyone who plans on ordering sneakers from them to do not trust them you will never received your order

I haven’t gotten my order like a lot of people on here. I say anyone reading this COMMENT ON THERE PAGE about missing orders. This is ridiculous, I can’t believe the pair of shoes I’ve been wanting for so long I can’t get because a terrible company like this basically STOLE MY MONEY with NO RESPONSE OR REFUND. Truthfully DISGUSTING that they’re playing with peoples money like this.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 12 Concords Size 13 on March 1, 2021 (Order #12921). Still have yet to receive them almost going on 3 damn months!!!
I have left numerous emails, numerous messages on Instagram, text messages, even tagged them on Twitter and have not been contacted back AT ALL!!!!
The site says call, but when you call, you can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full.
They still post on their Instagram & Twitter pages tho.
I can understand a lil delay because of COVID, but 2.5 months?? A bunch of BS going on with this company!! I just want my money back!

I ordered two pairs of Jordan 1s on January 6th 2021, I even paid extra for express shipping and haven’t received them yet. I called and emailed them many times and there were no response at all. About a month they sent an email saying they will refund those orders that were delayed for more than 5 weeks and I still haven’t gotten anything back from them. I emailed again after that but they never got back to me.

At the time of this review I’m still waiting on a cancellation for over three months. It’s pretty ridiculous honestly.

I ordered a couple Jordan’s but decided to go a different route, so I cancelled. The company even sent an email a month ago about orders over one month would be refunded, but still nothing.

I would not use their site. I wonder who is putting up those 5 star reviews, but I wouldn’t trust it.

I don’t know if anyone is checking orders let alone the “cancel/returns portal”.

Again, stay away.

I ordered on September 25 2020…. 🤣😭💀 like it’s acc funny at this point.

I’ve had 4 separate StockX and 1 Nike order all fulfilled in this time frame… also during the holiday season…

Maybe they just make the shoes from scratch?!

I order on February 28th and i have yet to receive my order or a refund over even a reply from the company the worst shoe company ever!!!!!!!

Just to echoe what a couple of other global customers have experienced: I've ordered more than 4 month ago, contacted them a number of times via different channels, and haven't gotten any reply. Obviously, they are continously fail in delivering on their own promises. Customer service looks different, I learned the lesson: hands off!

I've contacted them a number of times via all the different methods on their website, and have not gotten a reply. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered, far beyond the 7-12 business day window they provided, even with the additional days they note due to COVID. For them to still not reach out to me directly, or even respond to my inquiries is insane. I know of people that have actually received products from them so I can't actually call this a scam, but this experience doesn't give me confidence.

I ordered a product in December and still don’t have it! I can’t get anyone in customer service to return my calls or email!

I think it is safe to assume that after more than 5 months of waiting .. my order #7138 which I ordered from the beginning of December 2020 is NEVER EVER going to be shipped after all.

After sending lots of e-mails, instagram dms, twitter dms, and even trying to left voice messages (which I wasn't able to), they are not even trying to hide the fact that they are just thieves who steal the money and not shipping any order.

Imagine stealing around 160 USD from each customer and not send them anything in return .. they will gain a fortune in no time .. unfortunately no one is watching over them.

I am sure that I am one of hundreds of people who got scammed by this site, but for anyone reading before they place their order .. DO NOT GET FOOLED AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY .. YOU'RE GONNA GET NOTHING FROM THEM.

And if someone from their site is reading this, you should really be ashamed of your selves. The least you can do is give us our money back.

21 days now past delivery date took my money in full.. Now there are not responding at all.. Monday morning calling fraud dept on my credit card and the calling the BBB.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes over a month ago. I was completely paid through Klarna within a few days, however, here I am 5 weeks later with neither pair of shoes having shipped. I’ve emailed the company several times and gotten no response, but I have noticed that both pairs of shoes I purchased (in my size no less!) continue to be listed as in stock and available for sale on the Sneak Foot website. I’m starting to think this company is a well-devised scam.

Placed an order since January, I've contacted them plenty of time even contacted klarna about it and still haven't received my order. Don't do buissness with them. shouldve listened too the bad reviews

I ordered a pair on March 7th. I have not received my order. I’ve tried contacting them through all media and have not gotten a response or an update on my order. They stole my money.
