I ordered in February 23rd 2021 and it never got delivered

I ordered on September 25th 2020... got no product, no updates, no responses so far

I ordered on 2/23 and still haven't received a response or status update. I have been very patient and kind in all of my messages (5 to date) through IG, email, their support line and leaving a voicemail. I understand the business side of things during a pandemic and sourcing shoes, but a status update to paying customers would be appreciated. I was robbed, like so many others. Any positive reviews on here are fake and from fake customers. How could you straight up steal someone's hard earned money? Avoid buying from them. They even suggested on their IG today if people would be interested in paying $170 for a shoe service??? Like, why can't you just fulfill the orders that you have now?

Ordered January 18th, it’s now April 5th and multiple emails sent out but none responded to. Did not get any tracking updates or response from customer service. Scam.

Ordered smoke grey J's Feb. 25. Its Easter and I still don't have shoes. They won't respond to any communication. I got straight up robbed by these guys.

All of these good reviews are fake, left by the company themselves. This is very well run scam lol.

I placed my order January 16th and it still hasn’t shipped. Ive contacted them 100 times and nothing, worst costumer service ive ever seen. I just want to cancel my order and I cant even do that cause it says I cant return it after 30 days when I haven’t even gotten anything to begin with. Im very frustrated.

If I could I would rate this a below a 1 star. I have been waiting for my shoes now for 3 months. Ordered it on December 31st and yet still haven't received them. From this point, I don't even think I'm going to be getting the shoes anytime soon or even ever. Sneak Foot LTD is very risky you may get them or not learned that reading the comments over these past few months. Just hoping none of this happens to whoever is reading this right now. No costumer of any sort should be dealt this way. I haven't even received any updated about my package it still says to this day order placed.

I ordered a pair of sneakers I’m October 2020 and still never received the sneakers. It’s about to be April. I emailed them everyday and they don’t respond. They’re very active on Instagram, so I comment on their posts regarding my sneakers. They delete my comments. I’m in such awe that a company will take your money and never give you the product. I hope nothing but the worst for this company. They need to be shut down.

I ordered turbos from them from their “restock” and they haven’t gotten back to me they confirmed my order same day and that was the last update I ever got. It’s been over a month now. Low prices are not worth the time and effort it takes just to get a reply back from these people they do not care about their customers at all! AGAIN DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE Order #12647

Awful, awful company. I ordered shoes 2 months ago and still waiting. I emailed them 3 times, DM’d them on Instagram, and left comments under the pictures on social media and no response. I just disputed the charge with my bank. My husband also put an order in and he got the same exact treatment. This company is a scam. If you order from them, just dispute the charge immediately to save you some time! I wish I could give 0 stars

If my shoes arrive I would be happy to rate 5 stars. But yet I'm here nearly 5 months after I placed my order with nothing. No email communication, no refund,, no shipping updates and definitely no shoes. I used their contact form on their website and got no response. It seems their amazing deals were too good to be true. Order # 7190.

I wish I could give zero stars. No one returns messages, they charge your card and never send anything. Instagram should ban them.

Ordered on Dec 9, 2020 and haven't received any response from them, several emails, trying to contact by phone,etc. Nothing. Not sure if this is a scam since there seem to be a lot of satisfied users but I can tell you that having me waiting for an answer for almost 4 months is not a good customer service. Don't recommend this site (still waiting for a Xmas present and they can't even take a minute to reply an email...) Why Sneak foot replies and deliver some orders and for others not even a response.

If I get a response I will remove this review, but as of now I’m hesitant to mention this site to any fellow sneaker heads.

Beyond disgusted I’ve contacted the BBB but somebody else told me they weren’t legit please listen this is a true testimony I’m a single mom I have no money to throw away please don’t order from these people they will scan you

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in January tenth. Order 9917 and 9925. They are showing unfulfilled on my account via the website. No communication. Phone number rings to voicemail. Voicemail is full. Emails not responded to. Just an overall black hole. 0/10 would not recommend. Very frustrated as I am out of my money and have no product.

This place is a scam I ordered on November and still haven’t even came in yet. I want my money back order #5834. All these reviews that you see that is five stars is fake. They probably wrote it themselves. It’s been saying this when I try to track my package December 5, 2020 at 1:46 am
