Sneak Foot LTD 

Ordered shoes 4 months ago now. No responses to my 15+ email. I’ve commented on Instagram posts and the comments get deleted. No responses to dm’s or even phone calls - can’t leave voice messages because their inbox is full. They always post on their story encouraging us to be “understanding of their long wait times once anything has taken more than 16 days” but they have been scamming so many people. All these positive reviews are 1000% fake. None of them even makes sense. I’ve reported then to the BBB and through Klarna (klarna doesn’t know they’re scamming people - it’s ridiculous). DO NOT TRUST THEM - so sad how they’ve Built this whole shoe community on Instagram but it’s all fake and scammy.

Definitely a scam ordered back in December never got my order emailed them about 10 times never got a response even commented on Instagram posts and my comments get deleted

This company will steal your money. DO NOT order from here. Both my cousin and I ordered in JANUARY and we never received our order, or a simple email with an update. Instead when you try and contact they will not respond and delete your comments. Refund order 9926. I am so fed up. I can’t believe I recommended this company to my family members. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau for fraud and theft. Refund order 9926 ASAP.

It is a scam. Ordered early Jan and they never sent my order. Tried emailing and calling them but they don’t have a support department. Never heard back. Do not buy!!!

Still have not received my shoes. I purchased them on 02/24 and haven't received a tracking update, no reply's to my emails to customer service or anything. Very disappointed.

I placed an order on feb 7th 2021 still till this day I haven’t received any tracking number and I even emailed them about 20 times still no response need better customer service especially if people are buying from you guys I’m

THIS IS A SCAM. 5 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE ORDERED AND PAYED, NO SHOES AND NO ANSWER. MONEY GONE, I THINK. THEY DON'T ANSWER MY EMAILS...PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THESE ENTICING OFFERS.

Do not buy, trust me, not matter how good this deal is, pay more from somewhere legit. These guys are so shady. Haven’t responded to any messages or phone calls for months. But they took my money!

I ordered shoes on 2/11 and still have no gotten them. I have emailed customer service 3 times and no reply. There is no trace of them, can’t track them even on the “shop” app. Extremely frustrating

WARNING!!!!! SneakFoot is not a legit company. I was just like you trying to figure out which websites can be trusted for a purchase. My weakness are Sneakers at a low price. I read many sneakfoot reviews some bad some good, but I never thought this will happen to me. I made my order on December 2nd, 2020. It was suppose to be a Christmas present, but apparently SneakFoot had other plans. Sneakfoot took the money from my account and I thought that was good news, but I was wrong. After a couple days after the purchased SneakFoot texted me stating "any updates or tracking information will be sent via text and e-mail". That was the last time I received any information about my order. As the weeks past I sent various (10)e-mails and (15)texts all of them without any response from SneakFoot. It has been 3 MONTHS without any response or the shoes or refund of my money. One month ago, I submitted a complaint with BBB Complaint Management, so we'll see what the future holds. My advise is to be careful with websites such as SneakFoot. You cannot imagine how powerless you feel when a so called company takes your money and you get nothing in return. Good Luck and Do not buy anything from Sneakfoot. You'll thank me later.

Placed and order in February and never received the shoes. Reached out to the company via text message line, support email address and Instagram. No response as been received. Hopefully this will prevent someone else from experiencing the same. They are frauds for sure!

They are fraud I ordered on November month still now no details about my and they won't respond to emails also.I wasted 200 dollars by ordering

They're frauds do not buy from them i made an order on December and i didn't receive anything yet, no tracking number and i tried to contact them for all the ways possible and they never response back, I lost about 300$.

I ordered my shoes DECEMBER 29th, it is now March 18th and I’ve yet to hear a thing regarding my shoes. I have texted, emailed about 3 times, DM’ed on Instagram and Twitter, and I have still yet to hear a response or an update on anything regarding my purchase. I’ve been waiting so long that I do not even want the shoes anymore, Id just prefer a refund. Between no communication and no updates. I will not be ordering for this company again. And if I could give it zero stars, I would.

This is my 5th review on sneakfoot b/c I’m doing weekly reviews from when I purchased. I haven’t received any updates, not even a fulfillment of my items being processed. They claim after 20 days reach out to them and I did with no response back. Be careful with this company, it’s starting to feel like they are not legit. If I don’t here back from them by next week, I will fill out a bbb complaint. I recommend anyone dealing with the same problem should as well to possibly get a response before the second month ends.

They are HORRIBLE!!!! My son ordered his shoes in early January & still nothing. We have emailed & left messages. No response to this day. Either give us a refund or send the shoes!!!

I placed my order on 2/13. I have followed the guidelines and far as inquiring about an order. For whatever reason I cannot get a response. I have texted, emailed, called and even sent a DM on Facebook.

Company takes your money and does not ship product!! Stay away!!
