Ordered shoes in store was told would be delivered to home in 2 days and 7 days later didn’t have phoned customer services who said was still in depot/warehouse I asked that someone could find out if could be delivered by Friday as this was Monday
Reaponse I don’t know will put it on the system and I will confirm with you via email cause no one did
Tuesday phoned again still no update on when would be delivered so I asked for a refund as wouldn’t be here on time
The lady said go to store with the paper work and they can do a refund
Wednesday went to store they can’t do a refund they said they were on the phone to customer services whom didn’t ok the refund
Wednesday night I phoned and asked why the store couldn’t do refund as lady night before had said and got told because the order was still been processed
I asked them to cancel the order again and I wanted to speak to a manager who wasn’t there at the time so asked them to email or phone me and no one has
Completely ignored and rude staff would NOT order or buy anything again

Good selection of merchandise and good price.

On the other hand, in the event of a problem, the customer service is one of the worst I have had to deal with in my life. Haughty and prétentions.

In order to avoid any type of problem and the associated waste of time & energy, I will never order anything on this site from now on, although I have been a very regular customer with this company before.
