Legitimate Website to Buy.
Bought three pairs of shoes from the BABYMETAL x VANS collab and took me a day or two for me to understand the procedures of everthing on my end. Transaction was smooth and all of my products that I ordered were all handled with care in mint condition.
I'm well aware of the taxes and shipping fees which isn't a big deal for me personally. Other people need to understand that majority of the things being bought here is being exported mostly from Japan and Singapore. Buyers that are outside of these countries will have to know what they are getting into and come to an understanding to an extent. Not here to throw shade at anyone but giving my honest take on it.

Always felt like I was in the loop with my order.
Everything from start to finish was absolutely clear and precise. Used the website to make an account and later on downloaded the app. I was able to get 3 pairs of shoes that are only available in the Japan market. Perfect place for rare sneakers
I had a really good experience buying my JoJo Converse from SNKRDUNK. At first, I couldn’t find this model anywhere, and it was even harder to get it in my size (10.5). After searching for a while, I was lucky to finally find it on SNKRDUNK.

unethical practice
I ordered 4 labubu dolls and my account has been flagged as fraudulent and cannot purchase other items. The dolls have been charged to my credit card and have been paid for. I have emailed them several times to take the fraudulent flag off my account so that I may continue to purchase items and was asked to upload person information ( Identification with name, address, photo and expiration date) before they would take the fraudulent account off. The reason for the flagged account was not explained to me, although I have asked several times. I feel that it is unethical to request identification - such as a drivers license over an unsecured email. We all guard our privacy and do our best not to have our identity stolen. I feel that this company needs to review their protocol for verification - without asking to share documents via email that could potentially lead to identity theft. It is my opinion that it is unethical to ask for such private documents to be sent over an unsecured method. Never the less, this is poor customer service and question their need for such private and personal information when I have never come across a company who has ever requested confidential information.

Have made multiple return purchases ranging from singles, booster boxes and slabs. What I love the most is that when there’s any inaccuracies of the physical item or any unmentioned defects picked up during the authentication process versus the listing, staff will send a notification if I would still would like to proceed. Great experience buying PSA 10 and sealed products
I bought a PSA 10 Elsa Enchanted card and 5 sealed Lorcana booster boxes on Snkrdunk. The entire transaction experience was easy, straightforward, and fuss-free. I love that Snkrdunk will do the authentication for you, and they did a good job of it because I managed to pull a second Elsa Enchanted from one of the Lorcana booster boxes, which gives me the confidence that the sealed products sold on Snkrdunk are more likely to be genuine and non-filtered.
Something that Snkrdunk could have done better is to convey more clearly on their website to the customer that buying multiple sealed products from a single seller will save the customer a lot of money on shipping fees versus buying single boxes from multiple sellers and having those shipped separately. Might I suggest that Snkrdunk could provide the customer an option to consolidate all of their purchases and ship in a single shipment to help the customer save on shipping. In any case, thanks Snkrdunk for the pleasant shopping experience!

About your comment regarding consolidating shipments of trading card boxes, we have noted your comment about your experience when purchasing multiple sealed products, especially when purchasing on SNKRDUNK for the first time.
Please note that we do specify on our FAQs that, for Trading Card boxes and packs, shipping fees are charged as a flat fee for each set added to a cart, and each transaction (set) is charged said flat fee regardless of the number of items included in that specific set.
Please also note that separate sets in the same cart order cannot be consolidated in a single shipment for logistical reasons.

Fraudulent behavior! Be aware !
On the 26th October, I purchased the "MEGA Charizard X ex SAR [M2 110/080] (PSA 10)" for the displayed price of US $135. The purchase was
completed successfully.
However, I was charged **US $1,252** for the item (Total: $1,367.10 with fees).
I can now prove this was a system error on your platform.
It is impossible for the same unique, graded card to have two different prices. This is clear evidence of a display bug in your app/website that
misrepresented the purchase price to the buyer (me).
The issue there is a methode that they have used Bait-and-Switch: Advertising one price and charging another is a prohibited practice.
I received an official price drop notification from SNKRDUNK stating the new price was US $135, and this price was displayed on the product page, checkout page, and confirmation screen before payment.
However, I was later billed US $1,252, which is inconsistent with the confirmed checkout amount.
I've used the following link provided by your email to make the purchase.
Under SNKRDUNK’s transaction policy, the price displayed and confirmed at checkout constitutes the final and binding price.
Therefore, this charge represents an unauthorized billing discrepancy.
This is absolutely outrageous. I have provided all the screenshots/evidence that SNKRDUNK needed:
The notification (email),
The listing,
The selection,
The moment before tapping "buy now,"
The moment before tapping "purchase
the confirmation purchase screen
All with the correct information and the card that I bought (we can validate this with the PSA certification ID). And yet, your team still cannot accept that a "bug" in your application/system or whatever could have occurred, even with all the evidence that was requested.
Everything shows that something is wrong. You still refuse to accept it.
I asked for a price honoring of 135 USD, but if you can't, at this point, then cancel the whole transaction. If you are a marketplace, then you should be at least capable of canceling a transaction. If eBay is capable of resolving such a situation, I think SNKRDUNK, given your reputation, could do something at least similar.
But honestly I'm more than simply disappointed. That will be officially my last transaction with your company.

As we have also informed you via email, the department in charge confirmed that the listing you opened and purchased was set at the price you purchased it at, and that there was no price change during the purchase.
This means that the payment amount was the correct one at the time of purchase confirmation. The purchase was confirmed when you agreed to the pop-up screen you received after tapping on "Purchase", by tapping on the "Got it" button.
Our system is designed so that if there are price changes before purchase, the purchase does not go through and an error message appears instead.
For this reason, as there was no confirmed issue during the purchase of the item you bought and the price of the specific listing you purchased did not change, we informed you that were not able to provide compensation for the price difference.
Please also note that, since we are a marketplace where separate sellers list their items and set their own prices, we are not liable for differences in price listings shown on the platform.
As mentioned in our FAQ page, "We cannot accept cancellation requests even in the case of operational errors such as wrong size selection, etc.
