Shocking company and customer service.
I ordered a small rug from them on the 8th may and on the 11th a text saying the item had been shipped. I have constantly been in contact with them regarding the whereabouts of my item and no none was even able to tell me what i had ordered nevermind where the package was. Today is the 1st of June and I have just received my item today. The wrong item completely. Different design and completely the wrong size which does not fit in my house. The rug is of the cheapest quality and not at all what I ordered. Terrible company I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

i was not satisfied with the quality of the products as well as the packaging. The products came in damaged. I purchased one of the round mats, and the mat was not even round, it was an irregular circle.

I ordered one large mat not too long ago and got a text saying they’ve received my order. Fast forward one week later I got another text saying my package has “ shipped “. All seems normal until it started to take a little bit longer than usual.. I assumed this had to be related to the pandemic causing shipments to be delayed but there was NO shipping order # to track where your order was located. Gave them a direct message on Instagram and they seem to want to be able to help but unfortunately was left on “ SEEN “ and have yet to have any help since.

Judging by this company, you might or might NOT get your order. It’s a 50/50 from what I have seen through all the reviews- of course they have “ proof “ of packages being bought and shipped out on there I.G but who knows if that’s legit. All of the “ customer “ reviews that they have posted on there seems real but again, nothing is guaranteed. DO NOT buy from this amateur company unless you wanna risk the chance of your money being stolen.

Is this a joke??? I ordered a small Matt 4 weeks ago. A large matt turned up partially damaged and still smelt strongly of ink. I contacted him 3 weeks ago to say that he had sent the wrong size and asked if I could return to receive the small. I got a response On the same day saying to keep the Matt and he will send another that day, this was 2 weeks ago. I sent another email a week ago asking for tracking info for the item, on that day he responded saying he will check for me. I have received no reply, sent an email each day this week asking for an update. No idea what to do now as paid on a debit card. Instagram should check the companies before advertising them, the social media platform is as much to blame as this scam artist.

FURTHERMORE

the company are now responding to me via Instagram, they keep repeating themselves, giving false promises and FAKE tracking numbers. They say they use DHL but they’re saying they’ve sent my item with Royal Mail. I have since asked for a refund and they are no longer responding.

They do have stock but I’m starting to think that they just do not have a clue what they are doing with no fixed process in place to be able to run their “company”

This company is a scam please do not order!!! I ordered in 4 months ago and they sent out the small version of what I ordered, furthermore it was poorly packaged and came damaged. 3 months on still no item and no refund which I gave requested 3 times. You can only contact them via email and they take forever to respond. They lied to me time and time again saying my items been packaged etcetc but its all bs. Do yourself a favour and don't order!

I ordered couple weeks ago and received a text saying it has been shipped after reading reviews thought ill never get it but it arrived pretty quickly and matts are better than expected! Ofcourse you cant expect amazing quality for price you pay but im very happy with what i got!

I ordered 2 sneaker mats and got a order confirmation and also I got a tracking number and a tracking website I hope I get my order. I will come back to this review whit an update.

UPDATE:
My order arrived today and it is what I paid for and two little gifts on top.
Maybe they only get 4,5 stars because of the quality which is not bad but also not the bettest you can get but for the delivery time they only needed they get 5 stars💪

This company is a hoax. Do NOT buy from this website! I repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They don't share a DHL tracking number or anything that helps to track the shipment of your order - because they never ship what you ordered. I orderd on the 9th of March and my oder has not arrived...and it never will! Terrible experience!

I ordered a sneaker bag I believe March 3rd, reason I say I believe is because they don’t even have a way of checking your order unless you email them. And they just keep sending me the same link to a “Deutsche post” shipping website. And it doesn’t even say the correct dates it says received 9/03/20 and I ordered this at the beginning of March. When I went to a DHL tracking website for items from Europe it said that tracking number doesn’t exist. I’m 90% sure this company is fake also because the people who are PAID on YouTube and other platforms to promote them are not true influencers. Never will order from them again!

I ordered a bag 12 days ago. I have emailed them. No response. They spoiled my husband Birthday.
No bills. Beware !!! Scam!!

It is now 12 days since I ordered, the tracking states Royal mail still have not received my item. This is despite confirmed shipping from Jude Samul himself (he owns this company). I have opened a dispute with Paypal, and hope I will receive a full refund. I will update this review as and when I receive/hear anything more.

Have not even received the item yet, but extremely disappointed with this company! Firstly, they push for a sale promising same day shipping if purchase is made before 2pm. Being a UK company I opted for these guys over international companies as I believed their delivery information on the website. UK orders - 2-3 days.

I am now on day 6 and the Royal Mail tracking says they are awaiting to receive the items from SnkrSupplies. If this wasn’t a bad sign, how about using my data for email and SMS purposes without my explicit consent? The ICO have been informed of this clear breach of GDPR, they seem to not be able to send out my order but can send me 3 text messages and 3 emails trying to sell me more stuff. Clearly a company trying to run before they can walk!

I would suggest to any prospecting customers DO NOT purchase from this company. Whether I actually receive the items are another thing entirely, but my first interaction has been appalling! I have emailed customer services twice to no reply. They seem quick to take my money with the promise of 48 hour delivery from Royal Mail and same day shipping if ordered before 2pm, then go quiet as soon as you’ve paid.

I will be updating this review if I receive my items and with any reply to my emails I receive.

Never received my item, complete scam & waste of time just don’t buy from them!! All the other reviews are fake he paid people he found on Instagram! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My Son harry was very disappointed as this was one of his main birthday presents.

Ordered 2 mats as part of a Xmas deal. Got the cheapest one, missing the large one and the box was large enough for both !!!! 2 emails in , still no news or response. Time to contact PayPal. Avoid

TERRIBLE COMPANY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never received my order, emailed multiple times with no response, luckily I paid using PayPal and have opened a dispute against this company to get my money back.
I definitely would stay well clear of this company, looks like its run from a lad in his bedroom, his name is Jude Samuel if anyone fails to get a response by email and would rather speak to him via social media :-)

I ordered a rug 3 months ago. I have emailed them 4 times. No response. No contact information to call them. You can only email them. Which they don’t respond to. Would not recommend using them.

The mat we ordered was terrible quality. It's not heavy, the top is smooth so it doesn't get the dirt off your shoes properly, the corner are starting to curl up and every time you step on it, it move, so after a few days it is not even next to your door.If you're looking for a good door mat, don't use this website.

Paid a month ago and still don’t have my order. They don’t reply on my emails and also don’t return my money back. So I assume it’s a scam.
