What they promise on their website is misleading and totally false. Please ignore ANY good reviews as these would not be genuine. I contacted the company for my money back but, as expected, they weren't helpful in the least !

They lie about the money back guarantee
We bought mouth guards that have a 30 day money back guarantee that if you don’t love the item you can return it no questions asked (printed on the box).
They will not accept our refunds because we have used the item… how else is a money back guarantee meant to work?
If you complain on social media they block you and delete your comment
The anti snoring mouth guards are way too small for adult Caucasian people. I think they’re reselling a cheap overseas product. Do not buy.

Scam company with rubbish products sent directly from China while trying to make it look like they’re an Australian company.
Atrocious bullying tactics from their “legal” team when trying to get a refund on a FAULTY product..then they make you pay the return postage
Fake positive reviews and misleading information on website.
Should be shut down by ACCC for breaching Consumer Protection Law.
