Ordered 3 men’s natural fibre tops for a total of £68.
They looked great in FB photos. Received synthetic trash, not vaguely resembling FB images.
Asked for return instructions and after prompting got an offer to keep trash and receive a US$ 6 yes 6 refund.
Unscrupulous rogues who would be prosecuted if in UK.
Steer clear!!

Received 2 different orders from this company. Neither of them looked anything like what the photos purported the item to be. Avoid this company unless you want to be disappointed.

I ordered a yellow cashmere pullover. It took so long to arrive that I had already requested and obtained a refund from my credit card. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely not! It is so badly put together that it wrinkles everywhere. Is it cashmere? I have not done a test but I have doubts. Moral of the tale. If you see an advertisement on the Internet (Facebook in this case) and it looks to good to be true, it probably isn't.

Reasonable easy to order but will see what the quality of the product is like before ordering anything else

The product description was accurate, and the shirt fits comfortably. The fabric feels soft, and the size is perfect. Ordering was hassle-free and convenient.

Great website and easy to operate and navigate

Ordered 5 vests. Was charged on my CC. Received no confirmation or order number. I sent several emails to their "support" email address listed on their website. Never recieved a response. I finally called my CC company to reverse the charges, of which is being processes. I finally received a package several weeks after ordering that it entirely different what I order. I called a phone number found on the BBB website that is answered by anb auto attendant that is placed on perpetual hold. I now have to return items that I never ordered. In my opinion, extremely poor service and would recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

Placed an order last Monday and paid. Never got a confirmation nor delivery tracking. Not sure if they just took my money and it is a fake company.

I’ve been looking for jazzy styles for nighttime activities. Your products caught my eye right away as a cut above style wise compared to others I have seen. The prices also seem quite affordable. I am pleased to see that the products I’ve chosen are cotton and not polyester. I’m also happy to see larger sizes for big guys like me. My fingers are crossed that they will fit. My only suggestion would be to offer the products in a heavier or warmer fabric for nighttime wear. I may change my mind after receiving the products. I’m looking forward to being pleasantly surprised, especially given some of the good reviews I’ve seen about you. All the best to you and yours,

The product quality is good. I am happy with the service online BUT I have to say I bought 2 jackets and the size is wayyyyy wrong. I bought large and by the measurements online it was correct. They are so so big it is crazy. I was in touch with costumer service and got some money back but not all of it. I really think I should have got a full refund as the product size was just wrong.

Ordered a jacket, arrived, no labels on the garment, no return info, no receipt, just in a plastic bag. Yes, item is very cheaply made, no quality but priced cheaply. Jacket was not correct size and immediately contacted to get an exchange as they promise (one exchange allowed as long as notified within 14 days, I notified day or receipt). They REFUSE TO EXCHANGE or REFUND, says we have to be partners in this transaction and I have to take financial responsibility due to the HIGH COST TO RETURN shipping to China and they don’t have any local agents. Also, they said to sell on line and make my money back that way!!! IAN (supposedly his name) said they will ONLY refund me $8 of my $85 cost BUT, THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ANYTHING! This store is a Chinese based scam. I suggest to all of the victims, there are many, to contact your credit card company and demand a full refund and file fraud charges.

Clothes received did not resemble at all the ones I ordered based on the web site. Also terrible fit. Whilst asking for return of the goods and getting my funds back I was offered 10 USD or 10% discount on next order.They do not seem to care at all about the consumer rights relating to e-shopping. No instructions on how to return the goods included in the received parcel. S.a.b.e.n.a.

Terrible quality, total scam, they don’t offer returns but want to refund 10 US$ for 100$ items. I ordered 2 jackets and I can’t use them.
Don’t order anything from there!!

The products are of poor quality and not worth the price! Although they claim to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, returning the item requires shipping it back to China. Instead, they offer a mere 10% refund while you keep the subpar product. It's overpriced and a scam!
