I haven’t received the products yet, but the communication from the customer support team has been amazing and prompt.
I ordered jacket and pants in a M and wanted to swap it to a S once they suggested the size Small would fit be best.
They were happy to accomodate and adjusted my order immediately

Be aware: they charge 20 Euro for shipping, but don’t include a return label. Returning an item from Germany to the US costs about 50 Euro on top, so if you decide not to keep your order, you’ll lose roughly 70 Euro in total.

I completely understand that return policies differ for international orders — however, this is exactly why clearer communication is needed. At the moment, the fact that European customers must cover extremely high return costs is only mentioned in the small print.
For EU customers, the total potential cost of ordering (20€ shipping + ~50€ return) can easily reach 70€ if the product isn’t right. That’s a significant risk and not obvious during checkout.
I’d kindly suggest adding a clear banner or checkout notice for international buyers so expectations are transparent before purchase — not afterwards. If a brand chooses to serve EU customers, full clarity really matters and prevents disappointment on both sides.
I appreciate your help and hope this feedback is useful for improving the shopping experience for international customers.

Just to clarify, our return policy is that we can provide a prepaid return label for U.S. orders, but for international orders, customers need to handle the return shipping. The restocking fee helps cover the shipping we provide on orders over $99, which we actually ship for free!

Wonderful service
I had placed an order on July 31st and it had already arrived on August 10th. Unfortunately the clothes I ordered were too big and the trousers also had a quality (often positive for many people, fleece lining inside) that I didn't like.
I requested a return and daisy was immediately ready to reply to me in the emails to explain everything to me, I sent the items and they immediately accepted my return (after checking that everything was ok) and they made a direct exchange instead of a refund (as agreed with daisy) sending me the requested items, that is, the same jacket in a smaller size and the trousers that are very similar but without the fleece part inside, a smaller size.
Daisy was very friendly and always available, very quick to respond and very good at helping me.
Furthermore these items are unbeatable, wonderful quality and also aesthetics. I recommend you buy them.
