Placed our order, have received no confirmation email and no record of our order, therefore no order number. However the money £338 has been deducted from our account. Messaged via their chat helpline but just receiving repeated requests for our order number despite confirming on numerous occasions we have not been provided with an order number at all! Beyond frustrating!!

Don't buy if you are in the US and care about timing or hidden costs! At the end of December, I purchased a ski jacket for a trip in the beginning of February. The cost shown was about $230 and the jacket would be delivered between Jan 9 and 15. Good price and delivery time frame was fine. My credit card showed $262 with the additional cost due to tariffs, which the cost was not show when I processed the payment. Annoying, so not as good a deal as I thought (info that the jacket was being shipping from Europe was well hidden on website). As January rolled by I had not received it and checked the website to see that the order wasn’t processed till January 15. Then I waited and despite constant inquiries, no one could tell me when I would get my jacket. By the beginning of February, I tried to cancel, but they said I needed to receive it, cancel and then return it. I went out and bought another jacket. When the SnowInn jacket finally arrived I processed the return and found it was going to cost $45 for the return, and it was through DHL (so had to try and find a drop off for that). I received my refund - $201! So I ended up paying about $100 for nothing except a lot of aggravation!

To put it simply, avoid this company if you expect decent communication and any kind of customer service when a problem occurs.
I ordered on a Friday, and delivery was promised Tuesday–Thursday the following week. The parcel was sent the following Monday; after this, there was no visible action in the parcel tracking for 10 days, and the item was delivered 13 days later.
Since I was leaving for the holidays and needed the gear, I tried to get a confirmation of the delivery. The interaction with the support function that followed was just ridiculous; they didn't listen, didn't answer my questions properly, and the responses contained a lot of auto-generated rubbish. Also, my request for compensation was met with the same level of service. The gear itself was as expected, even if I don’t need what I ordered anymore.

I was looking for helmet comms so I can use them on a snowboarding trip with my kids. Found them on SnowInn at a good price, and on the product page, it said "in stock. Immediate shipping. Receive it between date#1 and date#2". I ordered it because it claimed that it will arrive in time. However, as soon as I received the order confirmation, the date changed and added an additional week to the delivery date immediately. This wasn't due to delays during transit. It was misleading and deceptive advertising on the website. When contacted about it to customer service, all I got was along the lines of "please wait for delivery", and "delays happen".
Order finally arrived after I fully returned from the trip this was intended for.

Ordered in my currency and country but apparently they are sitting elsewhere, now I am supposed to send back abroad as well as cover the costs myself which are a third of the value of the returned item. That is not serious, will never use them again.

Do not use this company they are thieves ! Bindings bought in Nov, never received, they've acknowledged and are aware that we didn't receive yet they refuse to give our money back. DO NOT ORDER from this company, many decent honest companies out their selling similar stuff, use them instead !!

Have bought loads of ski and bike kit from Snow Inn/Trade Inn over the years and found them reliable, but no more. In Feb 26 ordered a new transceiver and batch of ski service tools due to arrive with me in the UK 10 days before my trip. The transceiver arrived 10 MINUTES before I left for the airport and the service kit not at all, so I cancelled the order with it not having left their Girona warehouse. No updates or apology for non delivery, just an arrogant reply saying delivery dates were not promised. But these were not DELIVERY delays, they were SHIPPING delays, the kit not even boxed and dispatched for days after it should have arrived with me in the UK with delivery dates that were pure fiction. That was a failure of Trade Inn and nobody else. Customer service promised to look into what had gone wrong but I heard nothing more. Why would I buy from them again?
(You ask for order numbers... 66363606, that arrived a week late but JUST in time for my trip, and 66376772, which was cancelled because it stood no chance of delivery in time. Delivery delays not a factor. 10 days after placing the order it was not even shipped.)
Update... so order numbers were provided for the company to "investigate" what went wrong. Again, I heard nothing more so my boycott of Trade Inn, Snowinn, Trekkinn, Bikeinn, etc, continues. Customer service is plainly no longer a priority for them.

Completely unreliable delivery dates! They delayed my order by 10 working days without being clear about it. They delayed my delivery time was changing all the time by providing misleading information.
There is NO customer service; AI responds to all questions and there is no way to submit a claim or official complaint. They make me pay for returns that were due to their faults (according to consumer rights) as the items were delivered when they were not needed anymore (despite me writing to explain that the delivery is not needed as hugely delayed). THEY ARE A FRAUD! Stay away!

Ordered gloves with a confirmed delivery window of 24–26 February because I needed them for travel. They arrived on 28 February, making them useless for the purpose I bought them for. Customer service ignored the issue and sent automated responses instead of addressing the late delivery. They also expect customers to pay expensive international return postage to Spain even when the delay is their fault. Poor service and very frustrating to deal with. Would not recommend.

Scam company, do not use. Listing incorrect information then charged you 5x the shipping fee to courier it back at your own cost. Do not trust.
If they do this to you, dispute through your card and get refunded.

Their price is ok. But everything else is rubbish. When I ordered, the website said delivery would happen in 2 days. My ski boots arrived 1.5 weeks later. The refund process takes 3-4 weeks(still waiting for my refund). And you have to pay for the return. I will call my credit card company and claim back all my expenses. How hard is it to give a precise delivery time, really?
