Be very wary! Tried to return some snow boots. Return shipping is to Spain (from the UK) which was not made clear at purchase. Return postage cost £28!! Followed the returns guidance exactly and the company has rejected the return with no communication.

They have zero stock. Drop shipper. Avoid.
The website has no stock and is basically a drop shipper. They lure you in with 48hr delivery but they have no intention of doing that. Basically customer service just fob you off with endless waffles about items being delayed in transit but in reality they do not have the item. It’s basically a fraudulent offer.

They have great selection of quality…
They have great selection of quality products. Quick refunds as well. The only down side is delivery gls : sometimes they deliver within 5 days and sometimes 20 days.

Their return policy is horrible
Their return policy is horrible. I tried returning their jacket using their so-called easy DHL form only to find out after paying that this option wasn't available to me in my area. I was told that they would refund the amount paid for this DHL label but yet to recieve a refund in over 3 weeks now and requested it twice. I then tried their over complicated USPS only to have it stuck in Spain customs for over a month and then shipped back to me. I followed their instructions to the T but ended up paying for a jacket $159, unused shipping label 45.99 and USPS shipping $75. Unless you are 100% positive you will keep their merchandise i would not use them.

Late delivery
Website stated in-stock, 2-4 day delivery for some ski goggles. The tracking said goggles came from Geneva, via Rotterdam to London and then on Post office 48 service. Once you add in EU customs and export then UK customs and import, plus post office 3 days service, 2-4 days was never achievable. You expect with the quoted delivery time that the items would be in UK stock? Arrived 3 days late. Begrudge paying the delivery fee.

Very good product portfolio. Unfortunately half of my order was not send, but the customer services took action quick and I received a refund. Afterwards I ordered it again, and received it in good order.

So I’m using snowinn for a long time…
So I’m using snowinn for a long time and it was always tricky to buy something in this shop sometimes the delivery is super fast sometimes it might take a month… but I was always good because the support was always helpful and they always helped me to get my order. But the last time I ordered the snowboard in this shop for horrible. The problem is that I paid for a fast delivery and it should be in 3-4days. Instead it tooks almost a month. During that time I we moved to another apartments that is 5 hours away by drive. I was trying to contact the delivery company to change the delivery address but they said to me that it should be done by a sender. So I also contacted the snowinn support explaining my situation and instead of making a refund or contacting the delivery service to change the address they just said that it is available to pickup in a pickup point you can go there nd get it. And I explained 2 more times that I can not do it and they should help me and the answer was the same just go and pickup. This situation makes me super angry because I need my snowbord or my money instead they are doing nothing !!!! Not helpful at all!!!

I wouldn't buy from here. 3 months no item, no refund
I wouldn't buy from here, a shambles of a company. I bought a ski bag in November 2025. Here we are 22 Feb 2026 and still not arrived...shipping says 'not dispatched'...I've had messages from Swomwinn customer services for over a month saying 'under investigation'. I would suggest buying from a more reputable company. No-one cares, they just want to sale commission, no after sales. I'm claiming the money back through my credit card. You'be been warned!!

Snowinn is a great company for winter sports kit
Snowinn - who I have used before - have excellent brands. I need a specific Swix cross-country ski brush which was great value with them. Equally rapid postage to UK at a very reasonable price. A really good company to deal with. Thanks John
