Have never known such bad customer service. Emailed on 14th January, got the usual standard acknowledgment, said they would reply in 5 working days but nothing. Chased them on the 24th January and again standard acknowledgement saying they will reply in 5 working days. It is now the 8th February and still not had an reply from them.

I ordered the wrong size. Emailed and sent message immediately to ask to cancel the order. I still have not heard from them 10 days later. The automatic reply to the email said they would respond in 5 days, but I still have not heard anything.

Really lightweight, but lovely and warm for a UK winter. Just wish the label wasn't so stiff or stitched to the side of the quilt as it just hangs out the quilt cover opening 🤔.
Very quick delivery and super quality product.
Quite dissapointed with the customer care. I received the duvet l ordered on the 2nd Jan 2026 and on the 3rd l contacted them through their website asking to return the product. I was not happy with the large pockets containing the down filling, too large so the filling was not covering homogeneously the whole pocket leaving emtpy spots. That was not advertised clearly not the filling density. Anyway, since then l have sent customer care-using their email and the chat servide- 3 more times without any response just yet.

The electric underblanket arrived in good time and exactly as described. It is delightful getting into bed in the cold nights.
Best pillows ever. Replaced my previous pillows, which had lasted for seven years. Wouldn't buy them from anywhere else. Also, they arrived super quickly. Many thanks.
Update as of 2/2/26: Snuggledown have now been in touch to apologise and have promised to send a replacement. Will provide an update once I’ve received this.
Very disappointed with my first order from Snuggledown. The pillows were sent in their plastic cover only with no outer packaging and they arrived with the cover split open and poorly taped back together, leaving the pillows fully exposed to dust and dirt during transit. This lack of care and hygiene falls far below the standard one would expect from a bedding company, and is especially concerning for someone with dust allergies.
I contacted customer service, attaching photos and requesting collection and replacements, but I’ve had no response whatsoever. The total lack of care in packaging and the complete absence of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expected far better from a brand like Snuggledown.
