Excellent service and really helpful company. I tried various earphones/iems/tips trying to get a pair that gave me the audio quality I wanted and the comfort to be able to wear for more than just 30 minutes here or there. I liked the audio of my Shure 846s but was still having difficulty getting the comfort/seal balance sorted. Hence my order from Snugs. The Snugs are really comfy and provide a good seal, everything I was expecting and hoping for. One happy customer! Thank you.

The fitting process was fairly straightforward and arrived in good time. After having my SnugsPro tips for a while, I can say they are perfect for what I use them for - cancelling external noises. But a word of warning: internal sounds such as talking or eating are deafening! Not as comfortable as I thought they'd be but definitely fitted and not coming out so I don't worry about losing them. Can be fiddly but an essential for an audio sensitive individual.

Ordered replacement snugs after the dog ate my original ones - brilliant service - brilliant product, I’d be lost without my snugs! Original pair lasted over 5 years without any issues - highly recommended!

They sent snugs without lanyard by accident and then sent new ones with lanyard within days! very speedy!

I have a BT Moto set which I use for work Ambulance Service Motorcyclist, they never miss a beat and calls and radio clear as a bell. Would never go back.

I have a Pro set I use with my Bose and are perfect for day to day use and cycling, top notch.

If your considering buying a pair - don’t delay just fo it you won’t regret it.

Snugs were fantastic, I had an issue with a set of Snugs Pro that weren't quite right and they corrected the issue by taking a mould of my IEM's and remaking the set of custom tips.

Primarily dealt with a lovely and super helpful lady called Emma and whilst it did take a little longer I've been happily using my new tips on a daily basis.

Prior to using Snugs I used to get my custom IEM tips from a company called ACS, since they stopped producing custom tips for retail I've been using Snugs and this is now my third set, I have no doubt that I will go back to them in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

Bought the custom fit Pro Snugs. Fit is great, they never fall out while exercising which is why I bought them. 100% recommend!!!

Ordered custom IEM covers, the process of delivery and ordering was fine, but then as i had issues with fitment and the dimensions of the product afterwards my emails to support were ignored. I would not recommend Snugs.

3rd time I have ordered from Snugs and once again I got excellent service. Even when I had thought I had ordered incorrectly they sorted and maintained the fast delivery.

The swim plugs I purchased were excellent, but what really impressed me was the quality of service and response I received when I needed some assistance. The turnaround in delivery is great also - less than a week after sending the impressions we had received the new snugs

After I've sent the physical ear impressions, taken by an audiologist in BE, I got the plugs custom fitted to my 1More Quad Driver quick. While I adore the ANC of my Sony's, the snugs obtain pretty much the same level of NC!
The quality of the music / sound is superior to any other tip and reaches the level of over-ear cans.

The only drawbacks are
- need getting used to put these in, as they fill your ear completely. A bit painful at start, but applying a special ear cream and using the right technique (pull your ear and twist the tip in) seem to help.
- the tips are also custom made for the earphones, so I need a second set for my Sony WF-1000XM3 (XM4, soon?). That 's expensive, but I'm seriously considering it.

I have been delighted with the customer service provided by the Snugs team. I have had some fitting challenges and Emma and Michelle have provided feedback in a very timely and customer focused way. Very impressed and will definitely look to order other products from them.
