First in the ear headphones that really stay in - great product!

First time I have bought Bluetooth earphones and I went back to Snugs for their Zen set based on earlier experience of their comfort factor, snug fit ( of course) and sound quality. They have just arrived and even for me , were easy to set up and use. But the buds themselves get better and better- oh so comfortable and flexible with no chance of them falling out. Really pleased.

There are two aspects that I can rate highly: the product and the service. The product transforms regular earphones into rock solid devices that, even dripping in sweat, don’t budge. Make sure that you buy earphones that are on the Snugs list. They are not able to custom fit others on request, as I discovered! The other aspect that is top rated is the service. As an exciting customer, my ear impression is on file, and my recent order appeared in about 5 days! Fantastic!

A very smooth process. The ear plugs are amazing. With them in I cannot hear the ticking of an antique clock (which is very loud) even when I stand next to it. Any questions have been followed up promptly by the company.

The whole process was excellent and slick. The ear buds are superb and exceed my expectations.

I bought a pair of true wireless headphones I really liked (Jabra active elite 75t), but unfortunately none of the tips that came with them or that I could find fit. The only tips I've had that fit really well before are the smallest b&o ones, but I was unable to find something comparable. A friend recommended snugs and I've been very pleased with the process. My first pair arrived and they were secure but sore after wearing and the sound was a little muffled. I thought this was just my ears getting used to them but after a little while of this I reached out to check if Snugs could assist. They asked for photos of the snugs on their own in my ears, and remade them even quicker than the first time (I think they came in less than a week - especially impressive so close to Christmas). The new fit is much better and I'm very happy with them and the quick responses I've received from Michelle. The drivers do stick out of my ears a little, but not enough to be distracting or affect any sensors, and this is likely just due to me having pretty small ears. Would definitely recommend and use again for my next earphones, whenever that is.

I had lost one of my earpieces. The reordering process was simple and fast. The even better news is that the new earpiece has an improved design. Great service

As a family we use a range of the Snugs products - mainly Zen and Aqua and we love them!

I use the Aqua Protect and Aqua Music when I’m windsurfing as recommended by my ENT consultant to protect my ears from further Surfers’ Ear damage and they are working a treat. After regularly struggling with ear infections, I haven’t had any since I started using Snugs Aqua. In the last three months I’ve spent over 100 hours on the water and used my snugs for every session - I love them, they’re super comfy and the new filters in the snugs protect mean I can hear people talk whilst the snugs are in my ears and I don’t have to take them out at all. The safety leash is also very helpful as I can attach them to my wetsuit or harness when not in use so I don’t loose them.

The Snugs Aqua Music are a game changer for race training sessions on my own or with a couple of friends and I can get the tunes on and get pumped! At first I tended not to wear them when it was super busy on the water, or with only one ear in so I can hear other people around me but after using them for a while I have got used to it and can still hear the background noise of other people if I don’t have the music too loud. 100% would recommend!

As for the Snugs Zen, they definitely saved my parents marriage! My Dad (as much as I love him) snores like an airplane taking off and my poor mum was being woken up every night for 23 years+! She’s been using the Snugs Zen for the last 2 years after trying wax self- moulding plugs which used to hurt her ears and fall out. They can now sleep in the same bed again and mum often says Snugs saved her marriage! They are miracle workers and she has ordered a second pair as she’s paranoid about loosing them!

Edit: the second time I tried, I just couldn’t get the depth of sound I wanted, this is more to my ears not their product I’m sure. Working with snugs on a refund/alternative. Their service is still really great

My ears have never really enjoyed earbuds and never stayed in so I thought I'd treat myself after seeing these. I first bought the Go range and they weren't as well fitting as I'd hope - Snugs customer service was the best I've received from any company in years... they said to send them some photos but offered straight away to upgrade me. My new snugs came really quickly and are amazing. I've never heard my headphones sound as real as this. Worth the money if you're a music fan. And again, great service.
